We visited Türkiye and spent 28 days visiting every major archeological site (BC and AD) and many cities/towns where the birth of the Ottoman Empire took place and expanded to the glory that it achieved in it's initial thrust out of Asia. Along the way, we became fanatics of the food and of course. . . the Turkish Coffee. Once home we tried making the coffee but we needed a proper Turkish Cezve (or ibrik) which is a traditional small, long-handled pot specially designed for making the coffee. The KURUKAHVECI MEHMET EFENDI Turkish Coffee, Cezve Set was ideal and once we received it, we began making "Turkish Coffee" every afternoon. I had Turkish coffee the first time this summer on a trip to Turkey. I wanted to re-create the experience. This has been great. It’s easy good price good quality. The coffee is really good.

For the first time tasting this coffee, it was an excellent flavor easier to make. I ordered the little small coffee pot that goes with it.

The coffee is old and stale, so it doesnt froth i guess. But the pot is magentic, so i believe its stainless steel. Overall, decent value, but perhaps not worth it due to the coffee more likely being old...

Café de primera, especial para método turco, molido superfino, buen sabor, buen aroma y buen cuerpo, espuma adecuada al prepararlo. En México hay muy buen café pero digamos que este es diferente no mejor, ni peor, pero es turco y muy sabroso. Agréguenle un buen cezve o ibrik de cobre y ya están del otro lado. en este caso el kit ya incluye uno de acero, que no está mal pero es para uso personal 1 o 2 tazas a lo mucho, pero es un buen comienzo.
