Very poorly made or just old? Either way, don't buy.
The Barbie arrived with disintegrated materials (including the hair tie and wiring). It was also broken at the waist. So I opted to return it in exchange for another, which has the exact same issues! It is as though it is a very old doll, which may be the case: the instructions are dated 2001! My daughter picked this out as a very special reward, and when they both arrived broken she was brought to tears twice. Very disappointing.
