These things are awesome! They make clean up easy and cut cooking time by a lot. I had a 14 pound turkey, and it was plenty big enough. The material is thick and durable. Don't forget to add flour according to the directions and any seasonings, celery, etc. you want. I use these every time I cook a turkey, and it's always moist. Highly recommend.

These Reynolds Kitchens Turkey Oven Roasting Bags aren't just for holiday turkey—they work amazingly well for oven baked seafood boils! The bag held all of the seafood, potatoes, eggs, and seasonings sauce without leaking or tearing, locking in all the delicious juices and flavor while cooking. Just don't forget to add a tablespoon of flour (or starch) to the bag before adding your ingredients so it doesn't burst while cooking! This is the BEST way to cook a turkey in the oven! It not only speeds up the time it takes, it also self bastes. There's no splatter or messy oven to clean up after cooking. I highly recommend this product. I flour the inside of the bag, as directed, and smear the turkey with canola oil, no seasoning is needed. I use cooking twine/string to tie the bag closed, which I purchased separately, as I don't like the tie that's in the package. Then I cut slits in the bag as directed. That's it!! It makes the most moist, succulent, cooked turkey meat ever! No more dried out overcooked turkey! Leftovers stay moist, when reheated, too.

Prep was quick, cooking time reduced significantly, white meat so moist. Was amazed at how browned it got. There was the same amount of juices available to make gravy that regular oven cooking (with foil) produces. No need to lug the turkey out of pan, just tore open top of bag, pulled plastic back (doesn't stick to the turkey) and carved off legs, thighs etc. Removed each breast from breastbone & transfered to cutting board. Made carving more manageable. Then emptied the liquid from bag to the pan to make gravy. Clean up was so much easier too. Been cooking turkeys for 50 years, tried so many methods, looking for the perfect method that will keep the white meat more moist. Sure wish I had tried this a long time ago, but think I was hesitant at the idea of a turkey in a plastic bag. Even with so many positive reviews I almost decided against it. So glad I did, and will never use any other method again.

I know these are for cooking, but my bf and I were looking for an easier and less expensive way to replace the bags we use with our Volcano Vaporizer. Saw a few reviews on here saying it's good for Vaping and so we bit the bullet and bought even tho it's a little more expensive than we wanted. These bags work great for Vaping bags!!! The original bag relacement bag material is so crinkly before you even use it. These bags are softer and have a quieter material so filling up the bags don't make a huge amount of noise-great if you're up late and don't want to wake someone else. One end is already closed so you don't have to tie it off which is a huge plus! The only downside that I can see, and it isn't even a fault really, is that the bags are smaller than ones I would make. Obviously. Because they're for cooking a chicken or something, not vaping. But they're still amazing! Sure you gotta refill it a bit more often, but I'm on day 5 of using my first one (heavy daily use) and it is barely making a crinkly noise. By this point before the volcano brand bags would be so crinkly and noisy! 5/5 because I'm not faulting the bag for its size. I bought something intended for one purpose and I'm using it for another. Probably gonna cook with them too!
