They are seeming like they are starting to work. I put my in maybe a month ago, and I didn't start working anywhere from 2-4 weeks. So be patient with them! They might not work though if your house isn't clean. They go by sound waves, and when your house is a mess, then it could bounce of those objects causing them not to work. I put 1 in every single room, 2 if the room is bigger like my bedroom & living room. Also make sure your not putting them behind anything such as furniture and other soild objects because then the sound wave won't be able to project into the house. These aren't something that need to be replaced often, I think I read maybe every 5 or 10 years or something like that. If your in an area that is high in pests, then you may wanna double up I'm each room if you don't notice a difference after 4 weeks. I was pretty skeptical of this product at first, but decided to give it a try. We have spiders as do pretty much every house, stink bugs, boxelder bugs and ants. But after a month, I haven't noticed any of that around anymore. I think it's worth the money in my own opinion. I did give it a 5 star but I do hate the fact that the red light stays blinking all the time, but however, you do get use to it though! But if it weren't for the red light always blinking, then u wouldn't know if the device ever stopped working until the bugs started coming back, which obviously you would want to buy new ones before the bugs start to come back. I hope this helps anyone who is considering buying these.

Absolutely love this product! We have had an ant problem in our kitchen for literally years. We have used non toxic “fixes” that are on the internet but nothing worked. We put up (plugged in) four in our kitchen and started to see less and less ants as the first two weeks went by. Then it was like a miracle; no ants! We now have them plugged in all over the house, and that is three floors! We also had occasional spiders so as anyone who is terrizored by spiders can attest to not even one spider is acceptable! The only drawback is the flashing red light from all these plugins. The kitchen ones were the hardest to ignore but after that period of time I think our brain reprogrammed to ignore all the plugins, and we don’t even notice them now. Try them you won’t be disappointed.

I have toyed with the idea of ultrasonic pest repellers for decades now, yes - decades. None of them over the years have worked. I just moved back into my old house after a complete renovation and we've just been fighting the never ending problem with ants. In the kitchen (of course), in the bathroom (weird, but ok), in the shower (weirder), in the laundry room, in the hall way, in the bedrooms... ok... in every room. You can't sit or stand anywhere for more than 2 minutes before you realize something crawled up your leg or already on your neck. My parents lived there for many years and complained about ants, but since I didn't live there for many years, I didn't understand how big of a problem it was. Even the contractors complained about the massive amount of ants in the house. Well, I decided to bring back one of my old ultrasonic repellers. I plugged it in for a couple days and - the ants were still there. I took it outside, where there are a swarm of ants. Plugged it in for a couple days. The ultrasonic was/is deafening, high pitch but the ants hadn't even budged. Even my dog turned to it like, "what's that annoying thing?", but we still had ants. I bought these repellers because a reviewer actually mentioned "in 2 weeks" and another reviewer mentioned "in a couple days". Ok, this is some data you can use, not just "works great" and "didn't work for me". So I installed these (pack of 3, just to try at first) in the kitchen and in 2 of the bedrooms. The next day, yes, I still had ants, however a lot less. And yes, day 2, I basically had zero ants an any of the rooms I installed these units in. I say basically because I still have ants on the other side of the kitchen, behind the fridge. I think the ultrasonic wave is not able to get there so I will find a way to install another unit near the fridge. I did order another pack of 3, which I will install in the other rooms and fridge. These units work! It took 2 days to work. Now to comment on the physical unit itself. Yes, these things are chunky and I was hoping I could find some that fit along side the light switches or electrical outlets for a cleaner install. Please let me know if anyone knows of one and one that works. It does make a ticking noise every few seconds. I think it is bursting ultrasonic waves instead of constantly flooding, like older units. It is annoying and another reviewer mentioned "you get use to it over time". Well, these have been working for about 2 weeks and I'm still not use to it, especially at night with all the lights off. All you hear is "tick... tick... tick... tick...". Is there any other way? I don't know if ants respond to higher frequencies and maybe the ticking will go away, but I wouldn't know. Anyway, without the "clean look", I would highly recommend these units, especially for ants. I still have spiders hanging around so, no, they don't appear to work on spiders. Also, placement seems to be really important as well as giving it a couple days, since ants to travel on a trail, so even if the immediate ants respond to the product, the ants further down the trail won't know what will hit them just yet.

This item does not work, I wasted my money.

I believe they do the job. We use them in basement, garage and our campers, no mice.

Bought these to repel insects. Suppose dto rupee both rodents and insects. Have h good experience previously repelling rodents, however doesn't work for insects. Trusted the brand. Now know different frequency is required for insects.

These seem to work well! They replaced a very old set I had that no longer seemed to repel the mice. The night light option is wonderful for my hallway. I like the extra outlet on the side too. The red light on the front flashes with a simultaneous clicking noise, so these may not be the best in a bedroom at night with a sensitive sleeper.

Easy to install, good construction, good bright lights.

Wastage of money. Cockroaches were away for a few days. They are back now.

Tried it for weeks and nothing happened

Item arrived on time. Since it was ordered in the UK I expected it to be designed for the UK. But devices have a two prong system which indicates for 120 volt. The British plug system is a 3 prong plug and 240 volt.I have returned it.

Desde que lo puse no volví a tener problemas con ratones, con cucarachas no veo que sea tan eficiente pero con que me ayude a alejar a los ratones de casa me basta.
