We use 40" TVs for event signage and needed some durable and easy to use stands that aren't too expensive to ship around the country. These were so cheap, I didn't anticipate much from them, but they have turned out to be pretty decent for our purposes. They are a perfect height for our digital signage as they are eye level (or a little under) for most people. They have knob clamps to tighten/adjust them so they mostly just fold up when not in use. They are versatile enough to allow you to mount the TV horizontally or vertically; they don't swivel, but you can simply re-fasten the monitor to your needs. I actually like this better than the ones that allow you to spin the TV without removing it as they tend to offset the monitor when horizontal and make it less stable. Things I don't love and what I am doing to improve them: Since we break down and ship these often, I replaced the top VESA plate to stand fastener with a pull pin (like a hitch pin but 1/4" thick) so I can just pop it in and out without tools. The tilt function isn't all that useful as you have to crank the clamp so tight to keep it from sagging back down, and it never seems to tilt back and upward a bit, which would be ideal. I plan to have a welder friend of mine tack a washer onto the adjustable slider slot in the most tilt-back position possible so it won't be adjustable anymore. I'll then use another quick pin to assemble it (yay, no cranking on screw/nuts). My hope is that I'll be able to leave the VESA plate attached to the TV and then just snap it onto the stand using two quick/hitch pins and it'll be fully assembled in 1 minute. The last thing is there are no cable management guides or holes, so I am considering either drilling a hole to run the TV cord down to the bottom or maybe just adding some cable clips to the back side of it. I've been able to hook it to the mount and then wrap it below the tripod joint to keep it somewhat neat, but you can still see it kind of loosely there. Alternately I could pick up a spandex stand cover for it, but that will just be more time consuming. In closing, the finish has held up well to shipping. I do put a little bubble wrap around the legs to prevent them from rubbing on the other ones (I ship 3 in a case with other hardware). They aren't as good as pro-level mobile stands would be, but they are 1/10th the price. If you use them in a single location, they will work perfectly and last forever, so these "fixes" are only really for those who might want to use them in a mobile capacity. If you plan to use them outdoors, be sure to bring a weight for the bottom or attach it to something sturdy so the TV doesn't catch the wind and blow over. They are stable in a light breeze, but TVs have a lot of surface area and weigh almost nothing, so it wouldn't take much to lauch one!

This was the perfect stand for an interactive Halloween prop. I am using a 32 in TV and media player attached to a doorbell to trigger something called a "startle scare". After receiving the well made product I saw the instructions said no assembly was needed. But for my purposes, this is misleading. There was a part that attached to the TV that slides into the main supporting shaft. There were two bolts tin the main shaft that I needed to remove, then slide the TV mount in and reinsert the bolts. Oh, and the VESA plate that mounts to the TV matched up, but the supplied bolts were too large for my TV. But no problem, I found different bolts from elsewhere that worked. After mounting TV and setting up, I noticed another bolt and knob that was in the box. That appeared to be used to mount (or adjust, if needed) the bottom part of the stand. The only issue here is that the bolt is juuust a fuzz too short. You really have to squeeze to get enough sticking out to comfortably get the knob started on the threads. But once done, you're good to go. Overall I'm impressed with the build quality and function. I believe it will serve quite well for my purposes!

This TV stand is made of durable materials and is overall a good quality stand. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I am a DJ and I bought this to use for a monitor to display lyrics to my karaoke singers. It is techinically portable, but I was hoping to get a stand that was quick and easy to assemble, and unfortunately it takes a little more time than I would have liked. Pros: -The stand is solid and sturdy. It is made of the type of materials you would expect for a product at this price point. It safely and securely holds my TV which is 19". -The price point is good for this stand. - It is compact. When folded up, its a little under 2 feet long and can easily be transported. - Aesthetically, it looks nice and like a professional piece of gear for my DJ business. Cons: - The assembly time is much longer than I would have liked. As a DJ I like having equipment that is quick and user friendly to setup. It took about 10 minutes to assemble this. I can have the rest of my speakers, mixers, laptops, mics, and lights set up in about 20 minutes, so spending 10 minutes setting up one small piece of equipment is not ideal for me. - For larger TVs, it would likely require two people to set up. Even for my 19", it would have been nice to have a second set of hands. There are two bolts that must go through the mounting bracket to attach to the tripod stand. Unfortunately, there was no easy way to line everything up by myself. I had to put a screwdriver through one of the holes to hold the bracket in place to align the first bolt. - It's not very tall. Fully extended, my TV sits about 4 feet above the ground. This is not a problem for me, but if you were wanting to display your TV above people's heads, you should choose a taller stand. Summary: This is a quality stand that is technically portable. If I were someone who did not need to disassemble it often, or happened to have a second person available, I would definitely give it 5 stars. As it is though, I think a portable TV stand should be a little quicker and easier to assemble. Still, it is a quality product that will securely hold your TV in place safely.

Well made and it works great

I don’t usually write reviews, but this TV tripod stand deserves one. Right out of the box, it was incredibly simple to assemble. No confusing instructions, no missing parts—just a smooth, straightforward setup that took me less than 10 minutes. The stand feels sturdy and stable, and it held my 24” monitor with no issues at all. I love how adjustable it is in terms of height and angle, which makes it perfect for different viewing setups or even presentations. If you’re looking for a reliable TV tripod that doesn’t require a toolbox or an engineering degree to put together, this is it. Highly recommend!

Very surprised! A substantial and nice looking stand. We'll worth the money and will accommodate the heaviest of small to mid-sized tvs'.

I had such high hopes for this monitor stand but after I took it out of the box I am so disappointed. The screw provided do not fix in the back of my monitor - wrong size. They are too big of diameter and came with a hex wrench - no instructios what the hex wrench is for. The part that holds the monitor doesn't fit into the stand part and no instructions any where in the box, just a advertising sheet claiming to be the user manual. The other sheet titled "not happy calls us" - why does the costomer have do the work to correct incompetence on the company's side? Not happy at all.

Not a bad tripod stand. Materials are reasonably good. My item had a number of places where paint was scratched off and burrs. So I'm not going to complement the finish. Cumbersome head unit. I thought (based on one of the product photos buried in the listing) that the head unit might allow for a quick release. But it doesn't so the TV/monitor you mount is always mounted. So it is not really portable. This is not convenient in the least. So now I'm buying a quick release vesa bracket to attach to this tripod's vesa bracket. I also (naively, I guess) expected some sort of cable management features, but there aren't any. In the end, functional but not too versatile. Supposedly an American company (that was one reason why I bought it). But if I had to buy it again I wouldn't; I'd look elsewhere. Will use it because I had to do some modifications and thus don't feel right about returning a modified product. 3 stars.
