Brilliant product quality, with amazing fit and finish. The packaging, the product itself and the value for money it offers is great. Battery life is about 15 days usually and the brushing modes are easy to choose from. The speed and intensity should work for the most part for many, although not much variation is seen between the brushing modes. There however, was a small issue with the product within 3 months of purchase, where the motor made some noise but the warranty and after sales team made sure it was attended to and replaced it with a brand new product within 2 working days. The after sales team (Ms. Rajasri) deserves a special mention.

This Toothbrush along with its various timer functions and modes fits your basic dental hygiene needs, the bristles are soft for keeping your gums safe from accidental damages, and the functionality is suitable to your day-to-day needs.The tiny gum brush is handy in for cleaning in between the teeth and gums, along with light massage for your gums and tongue.Each replacement brush can last up to 2 to 2.5 months, you will need new replacement heads once you finish up your initial supply.Overall I will suggest you buy this as it provides a quite decent product with a reasonable price and ample features.Carry case is the best bit of this total package product

The warranty process was smooth and hassle-free, and the team made sure the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Very good toothbrush. It stopped working (thankfully still in warranty). Contacted the support and they replaced the unit with a new one. So more than the the product, the customer service is great.

Writing review post 20 days of regular usage.The battery lasted for 21 days with a usage of twice a day 2-3 min/per cleanup.There is a visible difference in the cleaning aa compared to manual brushing I have been doing for years.Would recommend this product as this is the only product with multiple attached as part of sales box, warranty offered and quality.

I’ve been using the AGARO COSMIC MAX Sonic Electric Toothbrush for a while now, and I must say it’s a fantastic product! The five brushing modes are effective and cater to different needs, and the battery life is impressive—lasting up to 25 days on just a 4-hour charge. The package comes with plenty of brush heads and even an interdental head, which is great value.Recently, my unit stopped working unexpectedly. I raised a complaint, and although there was a slight delay in the initial response, the customer service team eventually handled it very well and sent me a replacement. I received the new unit today, and I’m happy with the overall experience.Highly recommend both the product and the brand!

There was an issue with my electric cosmic max tooth brush, but the company replaced the product.But the date of manufacturing is 2021 and date of import is 2022, its 2025 now.
