Good formulation ,poorly working pump...there is wastage of product due to faulty pump mechanism.

I have been using the serum for some time now. Wouldn't like to comment about the affect yet!! However, the design of the bottle is a bit absurd . It spills when serum is pumped. Disappointed with the design very much !!
