According to the specs: Power output up to 15.4 watts Supports all IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE devices Supports IEEE 802.3af detection and short circuit, overload (>450 ma) and high-voltage protection (>52V) This PoE injector is about the size of the typical netbook power supply, comes with a green power-on LED and the feature I love is there is a separate short AC cord and plug. Space on my UPSs' and surge strips is usually very limited and the power supply cubes that plug directly into AC outlet usually block the adjacent outlet - I hate that. This is my go-to injector.

Obviously this is for POE installations and I use these vs a switch with POE because I don’t have to worry about changing a switch out and all that pain in the you know what after having a good lightning strike nearby wipe out stuff...... you will love the fact you can simply change these things out to get cameras back online using non network ready family members if your not there to change things out. Good to excellent price point and excellent quality POE injectors. Used these since 2008 on my residential setup.

I am totally satisfied with this power over ethernet injector, which arrived as promised and has been in continuous use since powering a Logitech 700e video camera.

Nice little POE injector for a decent price. I used this to power a POE IP phone - it was less expensive than the manufacturer's power adapter and more versatile. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Great POE Injector. Built in power transformer for easy installation in small enclosures. I recently bought cisco ones and they came with no power supply, finally found a power supply and it was the same size as the injector itself. Great product, great price and fast shipping. Used this injector for professional camera installation. Got about 5hrs total use over 4 weeks before the injector failed. Since all it is - is a simple step-down transformer, Id say this product is engineered garbage. Couple of days passed my 30 day mark, so I can't return it. Won't by it again.

Does what it is supposed to do. Ever try to find a PoE injector locally? Don't waste your time or gas running around town looking for one of these. Nobody carries them in stock but all say they can order one for you. Amazon to the rescue. Had the product in a couple days and it was half the cost of the local stores that said they could order me one.

After reading the 2 star reviews on this product, I have to come on and write a swift review. I am giving this product 5 stars - it functions perfectly on devices that require the maximum allowed by POE (running a 7" and a 10" touchpanel on two of these injectors) and they have never flickered or failed. My delivery came with UK plugs, but in fairness, the connection is IEC (kettle lead) so it is an industry standard connection anyway. What more can I say? Item works exactly as I want it to - reliable (running for about six months so far) and at a good price. I would recommend.

Läuft problemlos mit verschiedenen Überwachungskameras. Ich habe den PoE-Injektor mit Kabeln bis zu 20 m Länge getestet. Ausfälle oder Störungen sind nicht aufgetreten, auch eine Verschlechterung des Bildes der Kameras war nicht feststellbar. Was will man mehr, ich behalte das Teil und bei Bedarf bestelle ich das gleiche Teil nochmals.

I bought this device to replace a PoE device that had failed after 5 years 24/7 working with an Intellinet camera. The only problem I had was that the camera did not start unless I had the device turned on, and THEN plugged the ethernet cable in. Seems to work fine. We shall see how many years this one lasts for!
