Let em dissolve, 2 times a day.
Works very fast if you use it as directed. Let it dissolve no chewing. Within 5 days of twice a day use my breath went from unbearably stinky to almost oderless.

I never thought I’d like it this much…
My husband and I came across many different products promising this and that for your teeth. We decided, after lots of research and review reading, on this product. After the first few days of using the product we have felt an actual difference. No joke. For starters, my husband deals with tooth sensitivity and myself, I have receding gums and teeth grinding. So we needed something that didn’t cost as much as the dentist, but that worked as well as the dentist. Since using this product twice a day with the toothpaste that has N-Ha in it, we have noticed a porcelain feel to our teeth! My teeth feel more rooted in the gum and my husbands sensitivity almost completely gone! We have to wait and see how it works on the teeth grinding and gum regrowth. Definitely recommend you at least give it a try! I’m convinced.

Yall, this is probably the first product that I've purchased in recent years that gave me almost instant results. I have great oral hygiene. I brush, floss, and scape my tongue 2-3 times a day! I go to the dentist every 6 months and even they are perplexed by my white tongue. After some research, i stumbled upon the topic of oral probiotics which led me to this product. I received this about 2 days ago. I randomly checked my tongue a few minutes ago and discovered a pink tongue! I almost cried. I hope this review persuades the right person because it had been life changing. To get with today's lingo "I know a white tongue hates to see these tablets coming!" If anyone is wondering - instead of chewing them, i just let them sit in my mouth until they dissolve! Tastes just like a mint but not overly minty
