口コミ通り大容量でコスパ最高です。 ビタミンB類は尿が黄色味強くなります、こちらもそうなのですが何か臭いもキツイ気がします。 日本製の物より含有量が多いと聞きますのでその為かもです。 鉄分サプリも海外の物が良いと聞き飲んでますがそちらもかなり臭いがキツイので。。。
