1. Charging: When I place the earbuds in the charging case and plug it in to power and wait for like 1 hour or two, I find that the earbuds haven't been charging (I get the same charging level notification as I had before placing them in the case). 2. Connection/ pairing with my phone: The earbuds do not disconnect automatically when I place them in the charging case. I find they are still connected even while in the case. I often have to manually disconnect the phone and even so, sometimes they re-connect by themselves. ADDING that Amazon offered me full refund upon registering my complaint. Thank you Amazon!

This product is not recommended to anyone. The blutooth pairing is not working in my iphone 14pro.

The item I received was box opened and used and one ear bud was not charging. I returned the item and refund was received.

Skull canduly as such is a very nice brand within a budget. This piece might be diffective. One of the earphone stopped charging and was not working well.

Average sound quality, after a months usage the sound quality got worse and build quality decreased

Really bad product! Overpriced and have issue in right earbud. I was surprised to see many people facing same issues. I searched and did all possible troubleshooting as per some blogs on internet, but seems like it's a hardware issue and can't be fixed. Throwing away is the only option for me as it's past the warranty period.

Le son est d'excellente qualité et personnalisable. L'application utilisable avec les écouteurs est très pratique. Aussi ces derniers tiennent parfaitement en place même en bougeant beaucoup, je n'ai rien à redire sur ces petites merveilles ! Je recommande.

Title sounds misleading, I know... I lost one of them in my car and I connect my phone to my car via BT, and the earbud actually turns OFF after a while, if it doesn't have anything to connect to (goes into more of a "lower power mode").... it's been a week-and-a-half and MY DAMN PHONE IS STILL CONNECTING TO IT. lol. Highly recommend, for mid-tier athletic-wear earbuds. I use them in the gym, mountain biking, skiing, etc. (little uncomfortable under a ski helmet, but not terrible, because they're pretty low-profile). If you can afford it, I still prefer Bose QuietComfort Ultras and Sony WF-1000XM5's for sound quality and control options (I don't use the app for this one, just the buttons), but these HAVE been one of my longest-lasting pairs because of the durability of the plastic. *Shrug*. Depends on what you want out of em, at the end of the day... but if you lose them in your car... FIND THEM. Otherwise you'll have to disconnect from your phone, every time you get in the car, for the next two weeks lol.

Conocía la marca al tener otros auriculares más grandes y sonar fantásticos. Estos también tienen un sonido bueno (quizá yo quisiera más potencia en los bajos), muy claro en tonos medios y agudos. Son muy cómodos de utilizar (yo no consigo estar cómodo con los que no tienen sujeción sobre la oreja siempre se caen, y estos nos se caen y se escuchan siempre perfectos), aguantan muy bien el sudor y el agua. La aplicación para el móvil está muy bien y desde ella puedes ecualizar a tu gusto el sonido, sin embargo el sonido es muy plano si no utilizas la aplicación. Se emparejan rápidamente y sin problema. Tuve dudas con otra marca al cogerlos pero estoy muy contento de haber elegido estos auriculares.

Awsome ear buds great sound and love that they are voice controlled ! The stayaware feature is great as well I noticed that it blocks out loud sudden noises.
