The item was defective. Part of the gate would not lock in place because it was loose. I think it probably got damaged due to shipping. The product of itself is good and I would prefer a replacement. But it is a huge hassle because I will have to return the item myself.

This plastic baby gate is very sturdy and feels well made. It does a great job we used this for a kitten transition not for actual babies. Installation was straightforward, and the quality is impressive and for the price. The only downside is that it requires quite a bit of force to open and close, which can be a little inconvenient at times. Overall, it’s a good, reliable baby gate that I would still recommend. Very solid/sturdy its a good height and fit within our standard door frame with no issues as it expands!

Esta puerta me ha dado mucha tranquilidad, gracias a ella ahora puedo tener zonas libres de bebés. Así es como he logrado que no se acerquen a la arena de los gatos, a manosear y tirar su comida, a la cocina sobre todo es peligroso si uno está cocinando.
