Buen equipo pero fácil se daña
He comprado varios de estos equipos ya, cumplen su función en gasolinas pero las baterías se estallan rápido en estos equipos y los dejan sin funcionar

the equipment did not work, mark the same octane rating to all products
I did several tests with products of different octane ratings and the equipment always gives the same octane rating. I tried to contact the manufacturer requesting a calibration manual with no response until today. the equipment is useless.

No mide lo que pensamos
El Oktis2 unicamente mide conductividad eléctrica, pero no usa ni IR ni mucho menos el método de compresión para determinar el octanaje real. Los aditivos en la gasolina pueden desviar la medición obtenida, ya que el Oktis 2 está calibrado de fábrica unicamente para gasolina pura. El equipo permite algún contenido de etanol, pero no cantidades mayores que hagan que la gasolina sea basada en etanol (las europeas por ejemplo). El equipo debe utilizarse en un volumen fijo (80ml) y no meterse directamente en cualquier recipiente...

Tested on verified specific octane gas, and read wrong every time.

UNIT DOES NOT WORK
Just received this product last week and tried 3 different fuels AT THE GAS PUMPS and this meter comes up with 110 on all three. 87 oct, 91 oct, 91-non eth, it reads 110 oct on all three, don't buy this product now I have to sent it back to Poland to try and get all my money back plus the shipping there. UNBELIEVABLE.

Not made for u.s. fuel
The oktis tester is NOT made to check gasoline in U.S.A. The gasoline in U.S.A. contains ethanol alcohol. The tester uses a resistance method to test. Ethanol gives false resistance information to the oktis tester. 89 octane comes up as 110 octane.
