Francine French Crepe Mix-Makes 20 Sweet Crepes, 13 oz

My kids loved it, and I did too. The flavor is nice and the texture turns out great. The instructions are in a different metric system, but it was easy to figure out. It’s a good option when you want to make crepes without much hassle.

This made excellent crepes. But you must know French to translate the directions.

Great item….for those reviewers commenting on the French instructions…..my crepe Mix arrived with instructions in ENGLISH. So no reason to hesitate purchasing because one can’t read French.

Cardboard tasted better, not good.

Crepes, Pop Overs etc require three ingredients maybe four if you use vanilla extract. The Pop overs didn’t hollow, crepes were good and cooked properly

I used olive oil and it took me two crepes to get it right. When I did, it was amazing. I did use medium high heat. My father thought I made them from scratch, which his father did. It's a nice mix. Two cups of milk and one tablespoon of oil for Americans.

First things first, the instructions on this box is ALL IN FRENCH Used Google Translate and here is what the directions are: Mix one envelope of mix with 2 cups of milk (I used 2% but I think whole milk would make it better). I let it rest for about 5 min, and then made crepes. My crepe maker is about `10 inch diameter, and the box says each envelope makes up to 15 crepes. I got 6 out of it, I believe because the maker is a larger one. The crepes when done were outstanding! Now that I know what the instructions say I will definitely continue to use this mix.
