This Dry Malt will make your Pizza Dough perfect. Adds that professional texture to your dough. Makes it spongy so it doesn't rip apart and helps your dough not to collapse. I see why so many bakers use it for Bagels that's what makes them chewy and doughy!!

This stuff is awesome, i added it to my bread at 2% (about a tsp to a cup of flour) and the bread turned out so much better in texture and taste. i added it at 4% (2 tsp to a cup of flour) to my pizza dough and my dough is perfect now, crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle.

Just what you need for your chocolate shake!
I have never tried a malt beverage before, but I bought this tub of diastatic malt powder with the intention to try it out. I have, and now I'm a believer! All you need to do is put a small amount of this powder into your blender/mixer as you are making a chocolate shake and voila - instantly amazing! It's like the fairy dust of the shake world. Note that it is gritty (not bad, worth it for the flavour), and a little goes a long way, so I'd say start with maybe two teaspoons (assuming you're making a really large shake) and adjust from there to your preference.
