Nice clamping power on these. Makes doing exhaust work more precise and accurate. Good quality tool.

In general, pliers are my favorite tool, due to the tactile feedback you get from working with them. I have an entire drawer in my large toolbox, that's full of various pliers; easily over 50 pairs. I purchased the Strong hand Tools PG114V Pipe Pliers, to make into a base for a dial indicator set up, where I could clamp to irregular shapes. I tried them out this evening on the steering knuckle's vertical connection to the upper ball joint, and these pliers made a very solid attachment. The arms leading to the adjustable jaws are very strong and of adequate thickness to drill and tap for a snake-type dial indicator holder. These are a big win, and welcome addition to my pliers collection and I'm going to purchase a second, smaller set if they're available. Can't go wrong on these!!

I love these vice clamps! They held up pipe and drape with no failures. They grip and lock on to just about anything which is nice! They are strong! They are a bit clunky looking if you can’t hide them. Great purchase and worth the dollar!

Handy tool for specific uses. If it closed more it would be extremely handy for many uses (welder/fabricator)

Ordered the 11 inch for one job and now I use them everywhere. Well built and solid. I did damage one of the v pads (my fault) and wonder how to get a replacement.

These work well, I had to calmp 22" of 2-3/8" pipe up 9ft in the air and they had no problem holding the weight wheil I welded the pipes together.

I bought these because they popped up in my search for something else. If you run a shop, you probably have a decent collection of clamps, all sorts of clamps. I was very intrigued by this pair, so I added them to my cart. They are good size, the unique jaws may be turned 90° fairly easily. I do wish they were built on a better vise grip design, but they do seem to work. While I have yet to use them, I do know they will see use and I might even order another pair of them.

Amazing idea, amazing clamps, in terms of quality.. they can do better of the materials used to make this clamp. The handle seems kind of flimsy and cheap. But to clamp pipe this is perfect and it has made my job much easier
