I can’t say enough good things about this bidet. It has front wash, back wash, and an off setting, plus a heated seat and several levels of warm water to choose from. You can also use regular (non-heated) water or turn on the self-cleaning mode. Everything works exactly as described.I had bladder surgery and later developed a UTI from a catheter, and this bidet was a lifesaver. The warm water made it so much easier to stay clean and gave real relief from the pain. I also developed hemorrhoids, and the gentle warm spray helped soothe the soreness more than I ever expected.The quality is excellent, and installing it was incredibly easy. I’m 70 years old and had it attached in about five minutes. As long as you have an outlet nearby, you’re set—mine was next to the sink, so plugging it in was simple. The toilet lid can come off if needed, and there’s a button that lets you slide the seat on and off for extra cleaning.My husband loves it too—when you lift the lid, it actually stays up! We have an older bidet that doesn’t do that, so this was a big bonus. Overall, it’s very well made, user-friendly, and worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

This Toto Washlet bidet is an exceptional value for an entry-level bidet. Toto is the titular bidet company from Japan. This entry level bidet has everything you need including an adjustable warm seat, adjustable hot water adjustable bidet setting (front and back) and adjustable pressure. What it lacks below the higher priced ones is a dryer, nightlight, premist, and air filter. I saw a very nice midline bidet at Costco for $350. installation was absolutely a breeze! It comes with a T-joint that you screw on by hand. It couldn’t be easier! I bought this the day after I got back from Japan! If you know, you know! BUY this!

I never imagined I'd live in a house with 4 toilets, yet here we are. I installed this on the toilet preferred by my wife, and she couldn't be happier. The kids hopped on and now they won't do their business anywhere else. I mean, I get it...a heated seat and warm water squirting where it matters, but really, they sit on this thing for very long periods, device in hand and exhaust fan humming. I might recommend a timer for the heated seat, so the kids will leave and my wife can sit back down with her Foodie Sizzle game.I installed it myself, and here I must offer a warning: This bidet requires electricity, which means you need an electrical outlet near the toilet. No such outlet existed in this particular bathroom. So began the fun. I ran a new power line behind the toilet by tearing out a piece of the floor of an upstairs closet and connecting to a circuit up there. But first, I had to cut into a water line while cutting out the floor. C'mon, you didn't think this would go smoothly, didja? On the plus side, I set a new record running down 30 stairs to the basement and shutting off the main water supply. And I actually had the parts on hand to fix what I broke. So take that, TOTO...in Illinois, we get our stuff done the hard way.Anyway, installation of the bidet itself is quite easy...if you have the correct water hoses. I didn't, so off to the hardware store I went, 20 miles each way, just so I could surprise my wife on her birthday, before she got home from work. She was happy, which made me happy. Now I fear the other 3 toilets will have their own TOTO's soon.

Had to have one after my trips to Japan and Taiwan where all the hotels had these. Love the warm seat and bidet features. I used to use wet wipes as needed, but now I just use TP to dry and feel much cleaner. What's keeping me from giving it 5 stars are a few things. The seat surface is a bit narrower than expected and I'm a petite person. Wider warm seat space would be nicer. Like another comment, the wand does seem to extend a little short, but I can adjust my bum angle so it's ok. I have an elongated toilet to begin with so this seat does "reduce" it to a regular sized seating, but again, because I'm petite it doesn't bother me. Installation was about 45 minutes and not difficult. The rubber attachments felt like it would make the seat unstable as there's some "give", but once installed it's fine. However, the seat sensor mechanism does make initially sitting on it feel wobbly, but it's not a full blown Toto toilet with all the bells and whistles so I suppose I'm more forgiving. In general, it does exactly what I need it to do for a price I felt was reasonable enough. Very happy with it so far.

Just installed it today - SUPER EASY to install! We installed it with our Horow elongated toilet and it fit perfectly. It looks so sleek. I’ve heard very good reviews about the TOTO brand and so far, this model seems to check all the boxes: heated seat, warm water spray, rear and front cleaning, and eco energy. Love it so far!

Easy to install, and works great! I had one before and then moved and left it behind, and finally got another for my new place. The only thing I regret is not getting it sooner.

Excellent value. Installation instructions caused more install time. Screw joint has two openings, only 1 explained in instructions. Works fine.

So nice, we bought it twice!!! One in ensuite, and one in main half bath! Works so well, and easy to install. Definitely use half the toilet paper than before. Only downside is we all no longer like using public washrooms :-)
