A life saver for my histamine issues. I take 2 and the brain fog and migraine lifts within 30mins!

I have been using this product for about 6 months to treat Mast Cell Disorder. I take 3-4 grams daily with 1-2grams of Vitamin C. It has been recommended to me by both my allergy/immunology specialist AND a renowned Mast Cell specialist. It has made a definite improvement in my symptoms. I can literally feel my mast cells stabilizing when I take them (fatigue reducing, coordination/focus improving, wheezing/air hunger improving) and those symptoms slowly return when I am nearing my next dose. My major triggers are airborne particles/smells caused by a mold exposure. I am very satisfied with the progress this has helped me make. Whenever I need a quality supplement, I reach for Jarrow. I also have MCS and have never reacted to any Jarrow products which says a lot about their quality.

Worried about a change in inactive ingredients, or source or faulty storage??? First, I have been using quercetin and specifically this brand, for 5 years now to control my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and allergy symptoms. Historically, Jarrow's Quercetin 500mg works great and quickly, with relief within minutes. I use it when I feel symptoms come on. I have recommended quercetin and this brand for years. My extended family all uses quercetin now. Why do I know there has been a change?? Sometimes I take the capsule whole. But for more immediate relief, I usually open the capsule and dump it into my mouth and then drink a glass of water, as water also dilutes histamine and decreases my reactions. The taste is not unpleasant and like a chalk texture. But today, April 20, 2022, I opened a new bottle, dumped a capsule into my mouth and it tastes like sand. Same color, but now a bland taste with a sandy texture. I was not having an allergic reaction, so I can not say if this quercetin is working differently. But I am concerned why this has changed taste and texture. My whole family also takes quercetin. They agree it also has a new taste and texture. If you have Mast Cell, you understand why I am very concerned. Quercetin has been a life changer. I rely on quercetin at least weekly. Furthermore, inactive ingredients can cause reactions. They redesigned the label with a note stating "2021 Jarrow Formulas" and my last bottle "2019 Jarrow Formula" but otherwise not much is changed on the label besides font. I'll write an update if I notice a change in relief.

My holistic vet prescribed this for our dog. I tried another brand cause Quercetin is Quercetin right? Nope! My girl had digestive issues. Went back to and she’s perfect again. I’m loyal now.

Drains your sinus cavities, all four of them. ENT doc was ready to do surgery on my daughter because she was so blocked and had chronic sinus infections. He explained that he does the surgery routinely, that it carries risk of brain damage and has to be repeated again and again. It is a natural flavaniod known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. The theraputic dose (per doc’s instructions) is (2) 500 mg capsules, three times daily for ten days. 8 have my daughter do a cap a day for maintenance. I googled for reviews of this product before giving to my daughter and was Astounded at how many people rely on this! But dont expect your MD to tell you about it. Please give it a try before you go under the knife! It can start draining in as little as 24-48 hours.

Used them for an immune boost. I was also taking many other supplements at the time so its difficult to know what worked and what didn't. But they were a value for money product compaired to other brands and most of the information you read about the product suggests its a good immune boosting supplement.

I've suffered constant misery all of my 70 + years due to allergies to pollen. I recently developed Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I used the best graded quercetin available during the pandemic, "Now Foods Quercetin + Bromelain" with mixed results. This works with the use of medicinal grade antihistamines..
