The quality, weight, and appearance of the product are all good. However, the handle becomes extremely hot after some time of use, making it difficult to hold. Additionally, the lid tends to get stuck after the dhoop finishes, likely due to the residue or liquid from the burnt dhoop.

Looks nice but too small to actually be used. Tried to replace my terracotta dhunuchi with this brass one, stuff kept falling off.

Extremely Disappointed – Broke in First Use Very disappointed with this product. It broke during the very first smog/use itself, which clearly shows poor quality and weak material. I expected it to be durable, especially for regular use, but it couldn’t even last one time. The design looks nice, but what’s the point if it doesn’t function properly? Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend unless the quality is improved. 😕
