Not Cheap But Totally Worth It
This brand is the only one independently and clinically tested for efficacy. It works amazingly well! If my horse misses more than two days, she's arthritic again. Put her back on and she's fine. I had the same experience with a dog of mine who got Lynn's disease and I have her Dasuquin - the dog version of this. The Lyme's was undiagnosed for a long time before we got her, she ended up there legs lame before we figured it out, but same thing that she was fine as long as she got her Cosequin. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Great product for preventative maintenance
I have been using cosequin products for decades and had a horse recently that stifles would stick and after starting him on cosequin they stopped. I tried switching to another product and he started having stifles stick/lock again so I put back on cosequin and never had another issue.

Major Improvement
My mare has severe arthritis in her knee. I tried Uckele, Actiflex Sr. powder, CBD oil, other "arthritic" supplements to include anti-inflammatory meds and knee injections from the Vet. Although she will need surgery for best results, I have noticed an incredible significant difference in her mobility especially after the loading phase. Her head doesn't bop up and down as hard and she seems to walk much more fluidly. I highly recommend this product. I just order another container and they current have a $10 Rebate which arrived within two weeks. The rebate address on the container did not work for me so I just emailed them and they sent it right away. We are going to try the dog version next.

Who knew?
Amazon has the best price on Cosequin that I've found. I have a horse who has a history of tendon injuries and has a bit of arthritis. I feel Cosequin really helps him stay sound. I worked for a vet when Cosequin ASU first came out and I loved the research behind it. So when ASU Plus came out I was on board to try it as well. I don't know that I "see" any difference in my horse's performance from when I fed ASU to ASU Plus but how would I? He's doing great, staying healthy and happy as the years pass. This product is palatable. My horses don't eat around it. I have it on repeat delivery with Amazon so I get the extra percentage off and I never have to worry about reordering

little honey , the grain, and add water and stir it up and he likes it just fine.
So it has only been about a week. The hardest part is our horse does not like it. The power sticks to his tongue. He sneezed and it was a bad experience. So we mixed it with some honey and the grain , still not prefect. But it looks like a little honey , the grain, and add water and stir it up and he likes it just fine. I will update the review when I can report if it is helping or not. It is expensive so if it does not work we will quit buying it. I am writing this review mostly to help others that are having trouble getting their horses to ingest it. I could find no help in administering it. He suffers from ringbone. 22 years old or so.
