I was iffy about how good this would be as a fan or light. Voila, this is one awesome chandlier fan!. The light has 3 settings - Cool Bright, Cool, and warm. The fan has 3 settings- low, med, and hi. It also comes with a timer build in - 1h, 2h, 4h, and 8h. Since the fan wings are clear, even when it's on, it doesn't look like a fan but has a great air flows. I love it. Note : the instruction is not well written. you'll have to spend some time to figure it out. There are 3 stick bars that holds the chrome frame but it's too short and do not match with your light (gold bars for chrome frame). I ended up getting some fishing hooks to extend the length so I can hang the frame comfortably.

If I could pick a minus ZERO rating, I would. This is ABSOLUTELY one of the WORST PRODUCTS and is No Way Amazon worthy. Instructions were not applicable to this lack of product. No help, Wasted time ! Product appeared to have been re boxed at least one time... Looked really great but keep in mind, EVERY PART had to be put together piece by piece, one by one and nothing fit. No instructions and NO PRODUCT SUPPORT Had 3 of the Best minds I know trying to make sense of this debacle of a product for better part of a day, WASTED TIME, Sent it Back, BYE

Words can not describe this beautiful crystal chandelier & ceiling fan that is loaded with bells and whistles!! Know the following before you purchase: 1. Unit offers three light settings 4000K warm bright white (LED), cool white as well as day white. 2. Ceiling fan's blades are light weight (fiber glass), yet they provide more than enough air. 3. Remote controlled! 4. Extra parts were included in packaging, which came in handy for electrician because several glass and crystal parts were broken during delivery. It is breath taking when you walk into our Morning Room, which the chandelier is centered with a cathedral ceiling, four windows and french doors. This was a problematic area regarding light. It was dark because of the window treatments. 5. Many photos and video will be provided! 6. We are soooooo pleased with this beautiful & elegantly manufactured piece. We will be ordering additional for other areas of our home. 7. Excellent directions where provided. We all agree, per my family and Able Electric Company. 8. The parts list was accurate and this delicate chandelier was carefully packaged!!!

It is very beautiful after installed. It has 3 type of light, day light, warm light and light between. You only can feel the wind right under it (like umbrellas), this is quite different than traditional fan. I would rate this 5 star if no installation issues. The paper instruction nearly useless. Received the video instructions from seller which cover most installation except mounting bracket. So just use common sense to connect mounting bracket to ceiling and find my own screw nail. Also need find nails for connecting mounting bracket and canopy. The screw/nails provided are useless. Wire caps can’t fasten wire so used my own wire caps. Provided 2 extra pieces of glasses and 2 extra glass balls. Glass balls were wrapped individually so arrived with 3 broken. Have to use one with little chip off. Would suggest seller wrap several glass balls together after individual wrapping. After done installation, we are so exciting and want to turn it on, then find that remote control use A23 battery and didn’t Included. So have to dive to Walmart to buy one.

This was my first purchase of this unique fan/light combo. Best thing I've purchased in a long time. Freaks people out when I turn on the fan and they can't see the blades yet they feel the awesome breeze coming from it. Used as bling light in my master bedroom. It just looks like a nice bling chandelier but it's so much more. Came packed so tightly it took hours to unwrap but not one broken piece (there were tons of pieces because of the crystals) or missing piece. This company really knows how to make and ship products. I recommend to anyone needing fan/lighting but you also will get the greatest conversation piece you will ever own. I just purchased my second one and will review and show pictures as soon as it is mounted. Recommend highly

So guys it’s installed and we both Love it ! My husband is not your typical handy guy- he is more of duct tape fixer but he installed this fan/light all alone ! So I have no doubt you all can do it - most he he Seriously- instructions on video helped a lot! Bigger and more tedious part is unpacking small parts and those crystal pieces and hanging them up, everything else is straight forward. Remote is very nice feature- get batteries it doesn’t come with batteries for the remote - FYI ! Fan works and it’s awesome! So glad we did research online and read reviews, you get what you pay for and this was so worth it !

I bought this and we’re so excited I found the video on YouTube to assemble. I started to assemble it and discovered that we were missing that rods that actually hold the unit together. I called customer service at Amazon and they were unable to supply replacement parts or a replacement item. So I had to return the item and overall it was a really bad experience!!! The instructions kind of suck.

Omg putting it together is so hard and annoying but so worth it. I would warn find white caps for the wires Update. 4 years in and the white light stopped working and you can't change the bulb.
