Great taste, one of the better meal replacements you can find. Have had family try it and some think its a little chalky tasting, i do not taste that nor does the friend who uses it. We have separate nutritionists we go to for weight loss, and when i showed mine, she got super excited and is going to recommend this to others that are trying to loose weight. It has everything you need to keep your body happy, and when blended with a little extra low fat milk, some ice, a banana and some yogurt, it is more then filling and is tasty. to me it tastes just like the name says, chocolate milkshake, I highly recommend this for someone who wants to loose weight and still have a tasty meal .

I work graveyard shift at ups unloading trailers from 8pm-3-4am so needless to say because of my work schedule it’s hard for me to get the sleep I need get everything done during the day and also eat right. I found myself stopping at a gas station or a fast food place to get food before work with we all know can get expensive and also doesn’t make you feel great either. Anyway I decided to give this a try and let me tell you it has changed my life I use this to replace breakfast lunch since that is the busiest Part of my day but the taste is way better than other meal replacement shakes I didn’t mind having one for dinner at 3 in the morning if I was to tired it isn’t like drinking oatmeal like other shakes are there is almost no texture in this plus the taste is an 8/10 to I’ve lost about 40 pounds in about 2 months with this granted some days I didn’t eat anything at all I just drank this and given my line of work I get a very solid workout everyday but the weight loss is not the only pros this has this gave me energy while at work not to mention making me feel full but not bloated I can say without a doubt I noticed a difference in my performance between when I do have it and when I don’t. So if your thinking about a relatively cheap and effective way to make eating healthy easy this is 100% the answer

This is incredibly gritty no matter how you mix it. I’ve tried it in water, in milk, I let it sit for a bit before drinking, I’ve added my protein powder in with it— no matter how I drink it all I can think is it feels like (what I imagine) drinking cremated remains. Yuck. The taste is not terrible if you can get past the texture. I will say that it kept me full so it is great in terms of replacing a meal, just ew ew ewww on the texture. My husband drinks all kinds of protein shakes, meal replacement shakes, workout drinks, etc and he agrees with me on this one. Unfortunately it’s a no from us.

I don't usually write reviews but this is worth it! This is the best tasting protein ever! And I've tried many. I love chocolate, however I avoid most chocolate protein products because it ruins the taste and chocolate experience BUT THIS stuff is amazing! I've tried the vanilla too, it was good but I'm not a vanilla fan in general, so I used it primarily for smoothies, it was a great addition. I usually mix the chocolate with 10 ounces of cold water and occasionally I'll add ice but it is delicious and the texture is smooth. Then as an added bonus to the taste there's all the good stuff! So not only do you get 20 grams of protein, there's all the fruits and veggies and fiber all while being low in carbs! I spend a lot in supplements each month and recently decided I should decrease the amount I spend but I can't bring myself to take this off my list, in fact I'm trying to figure out a way to increase my intake of this product, I love it that much!

Please don’t ever stop making this product. I ran out like two weeks ago and I forgot to order more and not having this drink with my blueberries, my ginger and my flaxseed with one scoop of this drink leaked havoc on my body. I will never not have it again lol One cup of blueberries One scoop of lean and fit Three scoops of flaxseed ground And the shins of a fresh ginger This is so good for people who have fibromyalgia and hot flushes. I didn’t have my drink for two weeks and it wreaked havoc on my body . After only having a couple of more drinks when I got back, it started all easing off. Is crazy how this works also, because the lean and fit is chocolatey, but is low-calorie that entire breakfast, I need 254 cal and will keep you full till lunch

Gurgly gut and digestive discomfort thanks to the gums (cellulose gum, xanthan gum) and carrageenan, which is linked to gut inflammation, digestive issues (bloating, diarrhea, cramping, bleeding). Into the garbage it goes!

I started using the cookies and cream shake two weeks ago. I only replace breakfast with this shake and let me tell you, I have never felt so good in ages! I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been told I needed to change my lifestyle completely . I would work out and try eating right and nothing helped. Mornings I don’t usually eat breakfast because I’m nauseous all day. I started drinking one of these shakes for breakfast, instead of water I use unsweetened almond milk. It makes me feel full majority of the day. I don’t snack in between and I eat lunch which is usually a healthy soup or a grilled chicken salad. Then for dinner I do brown rice, veggies with some good protein like some chicken or fish. I lost 4 pounds so far and I haven’t been this happy in so long. This shake gives me energy for my work day, makes me feel full all day which helps me not overdue it for my other two meals. I would recommend this to everyone , the taste isn’t great but it definitely isn’t terrible . Your body will thank you for this trust me, I look forward to this shake every morning ...

Firstly, my number 1 compliment is the taste, it is so chocolatetly and it keeps me full from breakfast until dinner time. They are not short on filling the tub to the top and it's definitely amazing value for money. Do yourself a favor and buy this, you won't be sorry.

This chocolate flavor product taste good.I find it was a little grainy, but not an issue. I made it with peanut butter and banana with ice and water. 👍👍👍. I was disappointed in the fact that the product comes with almost half in it. Overall it's being helping me loose weight. I do feel full once consumed and I have being working out. Love the fact that it has all the nutrients and FIBRE.

Too sweet, contains lead !
