Without specifics, I’ll just say that I’m always looking for good supplements that help to detoxify the body because mine has dealt with toxic molds and other things that took their toll and this sounds like it covers quite a few of the issues I fight with. I really like that it’s just one simple and natural ingredient that’s easily mixed into a glass of water and each of the 30 sachets that are included in the box are very portable. I can just say that it goes down easy and hopefully it’s able to do some good work with my system. Cons: I’d say I’ve more of a recommendation to include more information about their Testing, Manufacturing and Processing of their products because I can’t find really anything on the box or on their site on Amazon but, aside from this product, it looks like they’ve some really high end products that may do wonders for people so, more information would be great for everyone.

I've been doing massive detoxes on my body for about 2 years now. It's been really hard on me, and it takes a long time to clear when you are targeting different systems since there is not one thing to get everything. I don't like to identify with any labels or own anything, but what I was treating for many years was Lyme disease and other co-occurring things as well as all the garbage I have eaten or drink throughout my lifetime. Our world is just toxic,and people don't realize it. Anyway, I just added this into what I've been doing lately. I could tell it was detoxing my body almost immediately because I started to break out all over my body. This is not my first rodeo, and every time I do something that I know will be incredibly detoxing I get pimples and they will be on every area of my body even my scalp. Since I prefer to pulse everything I do, I pulled back after doing this a bit and will hit it again later. I don't really have any proof it's doing what it says it does just like any of the other things I do in, but I believe it is.

This is the sort of product that is difficult to assess meaningfully before using it for a while. It has almost no detectable flavor, much like drinking water straight. I can't comment on whether it actually removes anything from my gut, but it's not unpleasant in any way. But after doing a little research on the main ingredient, I realized it's much the same as the beneficial factors found in many fermented foods that aid digestion and gut health. I'll continue to use it daily and revisit this review if I notice any significant results.

I’ve been taking these for about a week or so, and so far I have been impressed. As the description says, it helps the removal of unwanted elements in the gut. I took that to mean they would be helpful for digestion/elimination and they actually have. I have taken a handful of different brands of probiotics, some from more expensive brands, and others less so, and not all of them help with digestion noticeably for me. After taking this for one week, I can tell a difference and it has improved my digestion. I haven’t changed anything else in my diet either – just added these in. It recommends adding the sachet to 16 oz of water, but I have been adding it to closer to 8 oz of water. They don’t really have a super strong taste/flavor, but I can tell the water tastes different once it’s been added. I like that they are in the little sachets, so you can easily take them on the go if needed. I definitely recommend these if anyone is looking for probiotics to help improve digestion.

I decided to do some research before taking as I like to know what I’m ingesting - I read a study via google on the specific strand of probiotic mentioned in the listing and realized this wasn’t something I wanted to take. I take other medicines as well and decided not to risk it.

I’ve been mixing metalliQ with my water for a week. I don’t feel any different, but I’m no longer having liquid diarrhea either. I decided to give this probiotic a go because I was having recurrent uncontrollable diarrhea that would come and go every week. I wasn’t sure what was causing it, so I got this probiotic to remove the bad stuff in my gut. So far no more diarrhea, and no major changes in diet, so it’s very likely to be doing the job.

A couple of medications I take causes constipation. I've tried other probiotics and they kept me in the bathroom with the opposite effect of constipation. I have to admit I was leery about trying these, but they actually helped me to become regular. I feel so much better when I take this. I started first adding it to water, but I have also added it to other drinks such as juices and smoothies. It doesn't change the taste.

This particular strain is well researched, and has been shown to aid in weight loss. It's a fine probiotic. My reason for knocking off one star is that it contains corn, which is highly allergenic to some. The powder is easy to mix in water or other liquids or smoothies.
