Build your own scale at a fraction of the cost. Includes: (4) 5000 lb capacity load cells with cables, (4) Threaded ing blocks, (4) Swivel feet, (1) Junction box, (1) Digital Weight Indicator with quick disconnect cable. Can run off AA batteries or Electricity (AC adapter included). Load cells are environmentally sealed for outdoor installation. There are no moving parts to wear out, and no costly maintenance. A safe overload range of 150% of capacity. The indicator features large easy to read digital readout in either pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kgs). The exclusive lock-on feature locks onto the animal's weight, eliminating the problem of animal movement during the weighing process. Install the scale, press the Zero button, and you're ready to weigh. This also allows you to compensate for manure, mud, or snow build-up on the scale surface. The weight indicator has the following front panel keys: ON/OFF, HOLD, ZERO, UNITS (lb/kg), General overview: You would weld the four ing blocks to the bottom of your platform. You would bolt on the load cells to the ing blocks with the bolts provided. One in each corner. You would then wire the load cell cables and the indicator cable into the junction box provided. You would then calibrate the scale with the procedure provided or you can call us and we will walk you through it over the phone. We also sell complete scales in case you would like something that is plug and play. RS232 output. Returns not accepted. All sales are final. We only ship inside the U.S. The load cells can stay outside in the weather but the digital display should be brought inside.
