I bought this after reading about its hypertrophy effects on lab rats and also how it increases brown fat and lowers levels of white fat. It’s also suppose to support testosterone production as well as build stronger skeleton bones. I got two bottles. I know the HMB that I got works. I can see the hypertrophy results in the mirror but I’m also working hard at the gym to achieve these goals. I’m 60 years old and sarcopenia really sat in.
