Toast messy food without ruining your toaster - less prep time, easy clean up
I love grilled cheese sandwiches, but I’m too lazy / impatient to use the stovetop. This is super easy to use and reduces prep and cleanup time. I love that you can make your sandwich, drop it in the bag, shove it in your toaster and toast. I have mine on 3 minute setting, but plan to increase for a darker toast. When done, the sandwich just slides out of the bag. I’ve also used to reheat pizza and Pizza Hut breadsticks. Don’t get me wrong, cold pizza is good, but a quick heat without the soggy that comes from microwaves is great. And while those breadsticks are yummy the day you get them, they don’t do well coming out of the fridge after a couple days. The toaster bags provide bring back that crisp without leaving all of those toppings in the crumb tray of the toaster. Bagel store cheese bagels can stick to your toaster (and burn in!). Using the toaster bag gets the same great toast effect without smelling burning cheese until you finally get around to scraping it off the insides. I also have used for small size rolls and other bread my dad makes (think mini cupcake size). I can fit several in the bag at once, and the don’t get lost down the slots. I also tried heating chicken nuggets. That wasn’t so great, but the quality of the nuggets wasn’t great to begin with, and I probably should have toasted longer. I will probably try again. I highly recommend - make sure you have a wide slot toaster to make the most of it. Once you make your first sandwich, you’ll start to think of other things that can go in the bag.

These actually work!
The bag is a great size! The material is odd but clearly thick and strong enough not to burn and to get the job done. The key is not buying the super large slices of bread. Just buy regular bread, make your sandwich, (also can’t be super thick because it has to fit into your toaster slots) and viola! I did this with prosciutto and brie with a fig jam. It melted the cheese, the bread was toasted, the sandwich was easy to get out due to the handles on the bag, which was sturdy all around, it was super easy to clean and it was obvious I could use it several more times! I’m impressed!

Work, but funny smell
They work, made a very nice smushed non-greasy cheese sandwich in about 3 minutes. Just a few things to say about this product. One, the bags are very wide. I want to say wider then the average American loaf of white bread. Kind of had to bend the edges a little to get it to fit into my toaster, but it worked. My other two complaints are the following. They are going to be maybe a little hard to clean. I was hoping I would be able to turn them inside out.. no luck. Hopefully I won't have any issues cleaning cheese/grease/ect. Three, when I first popped it into the toaster to cook the bag gave off this smell. Nothing was burning/bag wasn't burn. Just it was a very strange odor. My sandwich tasted fine though. I would recommend this product. If a kid is using it supervise till you are sure they understand how to use it without getting burnt. EX: I had to use a paper towl to grab the handles sticking out of my toaster. But once you supervise a few times a older child like 10 or so should honestly be able to use one find once they understand easily. It made a nice cheese sandwich too. We're using them to make simple melts instead of the stove, so the house isn't heated up

Wonderful concept, Good for Celiacs, Not very sturdy
First let me say that the idea that I can make a decent grilled cheese sandwich - in my Upright Toaster! - is pretty amazing. And you can. These really do work. The bread gets toasty, the cheese gets melty. It's pretty great. Unfortunately, they don't last very well. The most practical way to clean them (and you will need to do this pretty much every use because things leak!) is to turn them inside out and give them a good rinse and scrub. But the seams just aren't that sturdy. One of the side seams began to give way by the 3rd or 4th use. I'm nursing it along, but it won't be many more uses before it hits the trash. I will also point out that a grilled cheese is perhaps the best application of these things. I tried a cream cheese and jelly sandwich once, and the filling all melted and ran to the bottom. That's probably going to happen to anything used in quantity with a lower melting point than cheese. My actual motivation for purchase was that my daughter is celiac, which - if you know anyone with this disease - puts you in a real bind while traveling. Most gluten free bread is only edible (or at least enjoyable) when toasted. But you pop your bread in a general-use toaster at the hotel or Grandma's house and end up cross-contaminated with wheat crumbs. So you either suffer through sawdust bread, or take your life in your hands with a dirty toaster. Very frustrating! While we have yet to travel with these bags, it's clear that they Will solve the CC problem quite nicely. We'll just have to be very gentle with them, and be sure that we always use them with the same side towards the contamination. If someone manufactured these at double the price but with only a single seam on the bottom, I would buy them. Just point me to the product!

Beautifully toasted
I had my doubts - I was wary on every front! I buttered the outsides of the bread as I would for a grilled cheese. Put two slices of American cheese between the unbuttered sides. I stuck it in the sleeve (easily) and put it in the toaster slot; it fit just fine, and bumped the setting up an extra notch. The sandwich popped up sooner than I thought. I lifted it out with plastic toast tongs, slid it from the bag and it was BEAUTIFUL! Golden toasted brown outside and melty inside. I’ll never make grilled cheese sandwiches in a pan again. It was quicker, faster, cleaner and yes, tastier! I put one tiny drop of dish liquid in the bag and filled it with hot water. After swishing it a bit, I rinsed it and set it upright to dry. I used it again the next day - I was just showing off - and it was beautiful again! It took you almost as long for you to read this as it did for me to make that sandwich. I love these bags!! Will buy an extra set for sure!

Happy husband, happy wife!
My husband loves a toasted cheese sandwich but I can't stand that it's the only thing we use the toaster oven for. I want it out of my cabinet! But what a great product these toaster bags are! Husband made himself a perfect toasted cheese sandwich first try and was very impressed. No mess, no pulling out another appliance; just built his sandwich, put it in the bag, and slid it into the toaster! I appreciate the bags are washable and reusable, though we'll see how long they last. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Makes quick grilled cheese sandwiches
Were these originally an "As Seen On TV" item??? If so, they actually work! Grilled cheese sandwiches... no fuss, no muss, easy cleanup. Easy on the calories, too as there is no need for oil or butter to make your sandwich. Just slip your sandwich in the bag and pop in the toaster and slide out the sandwich when done... no sticking of cheese. You're also supposed to be able to put other things inside to toast... I guess if you can stuff it into a toaster, it's fair game (read the label); but I've only used it for cheese sandwiches. Now the downside... Some people may have a nice extra long slot toaster, but I don't. Some may even have those wonderful toasters that accommodate really thick bread. I don't. What I do have is your average, what I would call "cheapo" run of the mill plain old 2 banger toaster. This means that I have to fold/squish the side seams of the bag a bit as I pop it into the toaster. It also means the 2 slices of bread with cheese is just a tiny bit of a tight squeeze going into the toaster... which btw does get boatloads easier as the stiff bag softens up a bit with use. The bags are made out of something akin to those oven liners, so melted cheese doesn't stick and cleanup is a matter of a quick soapy rinse. They're sturdy and last a long time... I've probably made at LEAST 15+ sandwiches in my first bag alone and I'm sure they'd last even longer in a toaster with extra long slots since squishing the side seams a bit going in, causes a little more contact with the heating elements, browning the bag in those spots. So do I like it? Will I buy replacement bags? Yuppers on both counts! I'm a cheese-aholic and love my cheesy sandwiches without butter or (olive) oil... though I suppose you could brush a little on your bread before toasting; just not mine.

Did not meet my expectations...
I was excited to get these to have a quicker/easier way to make grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids. I read through many reviews to influence my decision and these definitely did not meet my expectations. To START, you have to work a little bit in order to get two slices of bread (plus whatever is inside your sandwich) inside the pouch. The pouch itself barely fit in my toaster (which is a standard two-slice size.) After the pouched sandwich is toasted, you give the pouch a second to cool off so it's not so hot when you remove it from the toaster. Once you take the sandwich out of the bag, you realize the sandwich is more "warmed up" than toasted, so you don't end up with much/any crunch for bread. To me, you end up with a MEDIOCRE sandwich, at best. For CLEAN-UP, I took a paper towel and wiped out the inside of the pouch. The melted cheese and crumbs come right off the pouch with no work at all. I have attempted to turn the bag inside out to wash it with soap and water, but that takes just as much time as cleaning a skillet. And if I didn't wash it with soap and water, I didn't feel like it was clean enough to just put back in the cabinet (to keep bugs away, etc.) Overall, after multiple tries using them, my experience with these wasn't positive. I do NOT RECOMMEND these.
