Love the brand NOW. Good value and quality. B2 does make your urine turn bright neon yellow FYI so don’t freak out. It’s normal. Your body is getting the vitamin. Helps with migraines. This along with magnesium helps migraines.

Migraine Prevention?
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased this bottle of Vitamin B-2 for my teenage daughter after her doctor recommended it to help with her severe migraines. It’s still too soon to know how well it will work for her, but so far we’re happy with the product itself. The capsules are easy to take, the bottle was well-packaged, and the quality seems excellent. Based on our experience so far, I would purchase this brand again. I’m hopeful it will help reduce the frequency of her migraines over time.
