Not perfect
Comparing the prices with other avaliable in Market this is very expensive. The quality overall is not good. The water bottle doesn't stay in place, the fan works by itself and drained the batteries. And on top of that, its hard to carry during travel

Bought it for the mister but it was not worth it
The mister nozzle is awfully designed. You barely feel any mist, and most of the water will be pushed towards the top of the umbrella.

Great Product and Customer Service
I ordered this product specifically because I read reviews for similar products that complained a bottle was not included and I wanted a product with a bottle that would work. Unfortunately, I was an outlier and my bottle did not make it to my house. I initially wrote a poor review, however, the CEO of the company personally messaged me to apologize for the mix up and made things right. Such quality customer service is rare today and I am extremely grateful. This is a great product. The fan is strong yet the umbrella is light and easy to hold. Definitely worth the cost. I am a satisfied customer!

Why doesn’t it come w a bottle or smaller mouth?
Good quality umbrella but can’t use the mister as the mouth size for average bottles doesn’t fit. Will return. I was looking forward to this.
