Works and Much Less Expensive than Previous Brand
I've been taking a sustained-release 30mg capsule previously but the brand is expensive and often unavailable. When I found out this was a tablet and very inexpensive, I decided to give it a try. I take 1/2 tablet first thing in the morning and then the other 1/2 at mid-day. Works just as well as the previous capsule and I don't experience the "crash" I had previously when taking other immediate-release preparations. I have the energy I need to be productive all day long and it doesn't affect my sleep. Very happy, especially given the low price.

The real deal.
This is a precursor to many natural hormones in our bodies. Be sure to expect elevated hormones and some of the things that go along with that. I definitely seem to be a bit moody when I take this but I also notice my nails and facial hair grow a lot more. I use it sparingly, maybe every few days.

Tablets could use a coating
I’m supposed to take 60mg per day so I have to take two. The only thing I don’t like is there is no coating on them so they tend to get stuck in my throat at times.

Pleasantly surprised. It actually seems to work!
I am a very cynical person and have my doubts about supplements, but my doctor would not prescribe hormones and menopause was driving me nuts. Not so much the hot flashes, although I did get them, but the little pudgy roll that was coming on my formerly skinny waist, and I swear I suspected that I was developing dementia. And lost a lot of interest in ... you know what. So I did a little research, thought the price was not very high and liked that this brand is made in the USA. I am surprised to report that I feel much better! More energy, more enthusiasm, less belly roll, and more, um, the only word I can think of is a little trashy so I'm not gonna say it. Just that I am pleased with the product!
