Good quality

Very inexpensive set which comes with two sets of lock hasps and screws. Not high quality, but well worth the cost for simple latching of doors. I bought these to latch a shed door, not for security, but for weather as a second layer of protection from wind. For the price I'm satisfied and happy. These are not going to protect from break ins but will deter young kids and secure a door well enough.

Inexpensive light duty hasps, I needed to add some of these to one of my toolboxes where the old barrel cylinder lock failed. I rather use pad locks so I welded these onto the toolbox rather than screwed them on. Whatever grade of stainless they are made of they welded up just fine without any prep, and as of yet they have not rusted. The toolbox is kept indoors though but not protected from humidity.

My husband got an old gun case from his grandfather but didn’t have the lock. Rather than buying a whole new gun case or hiring a locksmith, we bought this. He was able to drill it into the gun case and allow it to lock. It feels very heavy and durable and holds the case tightly closed to keep our toddler safe. Would definitely recommend this.

Great product for price! Works well for securing areas you need secured! Used longer screws to install, but is rather easy to put where you need it! Stainless so hoping it will last for a long time!

Light weight, should have been supplied with stainless steel screws as the ones provided rust.

I have a fair bit of experience using different metals and different grades of stainless. Just judging by look and feel this seems to be a lower quality stainless, but ordering it off Amazon and for this price you'd probably already expect that. Either way it should hold up fine for my purposes. but wouldn't be terribly surprised if it eventually shows some orange rust. Also one of the eyelets is a little bit misshapen but that shouldn't affect its function and still seems reasonably sturdy.
