Nordic Ware Naturals Quarter Sheet with Lid

Love these pans! Especially love the lid, nordicware is one of my favorites for baking!

I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from.

This is an all around great item to have! Perfect to transport appetizers to bake as it has a handy cover. I use it to put my chicken kabobs until it's time to grill.you may have to nip the skewers ends to fit but not much. It also is the perfect size for 9×13 inch brownies or bars or small sheet cake. Cover fits great over those too! It holds burger patties also! Love this product!

I have lived in Minnesota my whole 50+ years of life & am very familiar with Nordic Ware & their products as my mom, grandma, aunts, etc all had Nordic Ware products. Lots of recognition comes from the Bundt pans (I remember when you could buy a boxed Bundt cake mix & have my mom's old Bundt Cake Cookbook), but Nordic Ware makes a lot of other bakeware products in various shapes & sizes that are good quality items that you can use every day. I bought several quarter sheet pans & straight sided 9x13 cake pans to use in my Emeril Legasse Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven (my older pans were too big). I have not been disappointed with any of them because I knew the Nordic Ware pans would be a great choice. The pans are easy to clean, naturally nonstick, distribute heat evenly, won't warp in the oven because of the rolled edges, etc. They will scratch if you cut brownies in them with a metal knife, but the scratches don't affect their functionality. My mom used scratched pans for 50+ years & it didn't bother anything because the basic pans are not coated with any type of nonstick layer. They are easy to clean with hot soapy water. They work well for baking cookies & brownies along with baking or air frying frozen & fresh proteins. I absolutely love the cute rack for the quarter sheet pans too. I specifically bought the Quarter Sheet Pans that come with the plastic lid & the one with the rack so I would have the option to cover my brownies & hold food up off the pan with the rack. I also bought just the sheet pan. I bought the 9x13 higher sided pans for cakes & to roast in since the little countertop oven is too small for my normal roasting pans. My old 9x13 pans have the little built in handles that make them too big. In my opinion, you can never have too many Nordic Ware pans!

Review for Baker's 1/4 sheet with lid: I did not really need the lid for the baker's 1/4 sheet, and I had read reviews that it doesn't really attach well. However, the lid snaps on securely and holds firmly. (Maybe it has been re-designed, or maybe some people got cheap knock-offs? Not sure, but my lid is great.) In addition, it is much heavier duty plastic than I expected, very good quality, like tupperware of days gone by, with a nice pattern design incorporated in it. I already have three Nordic Ware baker's 1/2 sheets, and this baker's 1/4 sheet is the same good quality, same heavy gauge aluminum. However, this 1/4 sheet has a RAISED logo and lettering on the flat bottom on the INSIDE of the pan, which is just asking to snag a spatula when removing cookies or make cleaning it slightly more work. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It's probably a minor issue, so I'd give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

I love Nordic Ware. Sheet cake covers keep it fresh. They never bend.

Perfect size and top snaps on and holds

My brother uses these all the time so I finally bought one. It's sturdy and having the fitted lid is a plus.

Excelentes productos por su calidad y utilidad para los q horneamos

Am using it everyday and am happy with this. I haven't used other brands so can't compare but it does the job perfectly!

This little pan is perfect to use in my toaster oven …… I have only had it a couple of weeks and have already used it to bake brownies in, cooked bacon in, used for air frying, made roasted vegetables in it ……. So many uses …… I recommend this Nordic Ware pan!

là, encore, Nordic Ware propose un super produit ! J’utilise cette place cette plaque régulièrement notamment pour faire cuire mes focaccias, et je trouve que le couvercle en plastique est super pratique et que la cuisson est uniforme

Order arrived from USA around 15 days earlier than scheduled. Pan look good strong and sturdy if somewhat shallower than I thought it might be. Lid clips on very well. This item shipped from the USA was cheaper than I have seen even with postage than on UK Cookshop site for the same pan with lid. Very pleased.
