Would these gloves be able to stretch over a 4 inches diameter pipe?

Are you making a Still Air Box?

What size are they? I have medium to large hands.

I have large hands and these do not fit. I’d say people with medium sized hands would have difficulty.

how is the finger dexterity with these gloves?

Pretty good. I bought them for my girlfriend who sometimes has to wash dishes at her job and she is in the process of getting her arm tattooed. She has no complaints.
