As long as these are pan fried long enough, they are beyond delectable!! The texture and flavor are "pitch perfect". Outstanding vegan product!!!

I have always liked these snacks. Yes I know it's gluten - so is white bread and pasta. There's nothing like these, the taste is fantastic and it has 100's of use. If the recipe calls for tofu - use this instead for far superior taste.

I loved this stuff from the first can we ever bought many years ago, and before I found out I could no longer eat soy products. Anyone who has prepared gluten bits, know they tend to be rubbery. However, these are juicy and flavorful. They are not over powering on the Curry, but if I do ever want more, then I just add some to the dish I put these in. They are great in a stir fry. I even love to eat these things cold as a snack, however they are a little bit pricy, so I enjoy them as more of a treat occasionally. I will continue to purchase them for as long as they are available. This review is by the wife of the subscriber.

This takes up no refrigerator or freezer space and is handy to use on a whim as a tasty meat alternative. I use it to bump of flavor, texture and nutrition in vegetarian curries.

I bought the curry braised seitan. I loved the taste and the texture. I gave it 4 stars because of the high price.

As a vegetarian, I’ve added mock duck to stir fry for years, it’s really good! The curry isn’t strong, I add sechuan oil. Great price for a case lot
