Naturals® Quarter Sheet with Oven-Safe Nonstick Grid

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size for that volume. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher (I understand they discolor in the dishwasher), but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

I love the NordicWare quarter sheet pan with rack! I have many NordicWare products & have used their products my whole life as a Minnesotan whose family utilized Minnesota made products frequently. My full size oven is not working, so I bought an Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 25 Quart French Door Air Fryer Oven to use while I save up for repair/replacement. The straight sided quarter sheet pans & 9x13" cake pans fit in the countertop oven with a little room for the air to circulate around them. I have a couple bigger NordicWare pan/rack sets for a full size oven & used it frequently for things like chicken, frozen fish, etc so I looked to see if NordicWare had a quarter sheet version to fit in the small oven. I have 6 quarter sheets, but might buy another set to get another rack (I haven't called NordicWare yet to see if they sell the rack separately). I have a couple covers too for things like brownies/cake. The NordicWare quarter sheet pans are very durable, they look adorable vs the full size pans, the metal is non-stick without adding extra oil/spray, the rolled edges make it so they don't warp in the small oven, they are easy to clean, etc. I have cut brownies with a metal knife & the pans do scratch if you use metal knives, but it doesn't affect their functionality. I have some 30+ years old pans that are scratched but still work as intended. I haven't had any rust issues either. NordicWare products are high quality & reasonably priced. I do line the sheet pan with foil when I am using the rack to make greasy things like skin-on chicken & frozen fish fillets for easy cleanup. I bake in foil pouches frequently & the quarter sheet pans work great for that too. I have some of my grandma's & mom's NordicWare products that were mostly purchased 40+ years ago, so the durability of NordicWare products is high on the scale! I definitely recommend trying NordicWare products if you haven't yet.

This is a great value. The sheet was a perfect size for our counter top oven and the grid was a bonus. High quality and super sturdy. Highly recommend and would buy again.

At first I was going to give these a 4 star rating because they are thinner than the last set I bought, but they are just as strong as the last ones I bought, so that makes them more light weight. I like that they have a wire in the edge to make these sturdy. I haven't had anything stick to them yet, plus they distribute heat evenly because they haven't warped yet. They arrived nice and shiny, but now they have a really nice patina that makes they both non-stick and scratch-resistant.

Size: Perfect size for almost any steak. We cooked a ribeye and it fit with no problem. Quality: It feels a bit light and flimsy, but that wasn’t an issue for what we needed. We also didn’t have any problems with sticking. Overall it’s a good product that’s easy to use and clean.

Perfect size for 2, well made, good price. A must have for baking fish.

So many uses and so easy to maintain. Really good quality.

Great pair. I use this size all the time. It is great for cooking for 1. I make a lot of meals in my Breville small oven. With the rack there are hundreds of possibilities.

Ich habe das Blech erst heute erhalten und es hat sich schon beim ersten Mal im Ofen bei 200 Celsius direkt verbogen (nach Anleitung benutzt). Ich hatte mir eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Allerdings besteht die einzige Option, das Blech zurückzusenden, was leider nicht verhältnismäßig ist, da es aus den USA kommt..

Rack is better than the tray but it’s good
