Nice product for hostelers, you can boil eggs , make rice , tea , maggi, boil milk , it comes with idli stand , you can steam vegetables. All in all a good product.

No auto cut off …. But swiftly resolved.
The product looks good but the auto cut is not working - an essential safety feature!!! The guarantee card is not there . However , KENT responded swiftly and there was a replacement done to our complete satisfaction . This was more than “wow” as we had changed our residence from Maharashtra to Karnataka . Really appreciate . Thanks Kent .

Worse product - do not buy
Pathetic product, it did not even start and the customer service both from Amazon and kent is pathetic, they are cancelling the request and have asked to visit their centre and kept the machine for more then 10 days. The product is not even used once
