MobileVision Bamboo Stick for Fitness and Physical Rehabilitation

I’m always stretching and I usually use a broomstick, but this mobility stick is much longer and thicker and feels very sturdy. I’m very pleased with it. Also fun to swing around like a staff and feel like wukong for a little bit

Ever Since receiving the booster, I began having issues with Balance so I am forced to use a Raven-Swift Cane but after additional research, what I needed for longer distances and hiking was a staff. I selected this Staff as it was over 5 ft long and had high quality rubber feet at each end but most of all, it was the only one I could find on Amazon that was constructed of Bamboo. Our vehcle has a Bamboo Steering wheel which I found superior to anything else as it was just so comfortable to the touch and doesn't coduct the heat like plastics. I am now practicing Cane and Staff Defense from Youtube Videos. When I trigger my wife by delinquency in the kitchen, I quickly resort to my Staff and use a Propeller move to stop her advance, until I use 'Verbal Judo' to reason with her. Love that Staff, so much you can do with it.

Wow, strong, sturdy. A little bit heavy, but very very high quality. Also you receive the guide with some exercises. I like it!

Stick is solid and feels quality, but the longer one does have a slight curve so is not completely straight. Enough to be noticeable, but doesn’t affect usage for me.

I wanted a walking staff that allowed me to take more than a step at a time like a cane does. This is a great walking staff. My right knee has arthritis in it and this staff helps me to balance and takes enough of my weight that my strides are smooth and pretty painless. I have plans to customize it some with feathers, beads and maybe some carving to it. But for a basic walking staff, it's excellent. It's even the right height for me.

I like that these are bamboo, one of nature's best resources for just about anything. These are a little heavier than expected, but not too. I may wrap a leather strap around the one in my presently using as a walking stick to stabilize me because I have a herniated disc that is making my legs painful, week and unstable. I tried canes, but none are the right height. This allows me to place the pole 2 steps down or more because it's so long. I could have gotten something shorter, but this is great right now in the wintry icy weather. It would be good if needed to wash through deep heavy snow. It can also be used for various exercises and martial arts. The only slight downside is that for my present purposes, it could use a non-slip hand grip, but I can add one easily enough, as well as a wrist loop. All in all a good buy. If you drive one of those mini automobiles, you will need a shorter stick!

High quality stick. Heavy duty enough to trust putting weight on it while being light enough to be versatile.

Very sturdy and well balanced. Long enough for larger folks but not so much it gets in the way of others.
