Hi, how to check if it is a fake product?

Good afternoon Thank you for your answer and interest in this item. I can confirm that we are a genuine retailer of Herschel and that all of our products come straight from the manufacturer, however I would suggest that if you do have any concerns about counterfeit items that you contact Herschel customer services. If you fill in their customer services feedback form they will be able to give you a full list of genuine stockists in your area, but also advise about stockists online. Unfortunately due to the way that Amazon is set up I am unable to provide any links or email addresses in this comment, however if you search for 'Herschel Customer Services' in Google, their contact page is the first result. I do hope that this is okay for you however if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards Sian McManusCountry Attire - Customer Care
