Is the base stand hollow? or is it capped off?

It’s hollow, but heavy enough when it’s filled with water to withstand windy conditions

Is this heavy? i want it for the patio but here in scotland we get some pretty strong winds. so is it easily knocked over? thanks

Ours has blown over a couple of times so hubby put cement in the base as last time it went over there was a bit of damage

Is there anyway of charging the pannel so it will carry on working with no sun

I have got this water feature and I am thinking of getting a separate pump and solar panel so it would work without sunlight.

What is its dimensions. Of the solar umbrellas bird bath

Mine is 33" high and 19" wide. (to the nearest inch) Very good product.( I think that`s 84cmX48cm metric)
