Heavy Duty Replacement Ball Joints for Jeep TJ/XJ/YJ/ZJ - 10642

These ball joints seem pretty well made. I've had them in my Jeep TJ for a few weeks, and they feel solid. Just remember to put the grease fittings in immediately after installation. They're difficult to screw in after the knuckle and everything is assembled.

Heavy duty ball joints at a great price. Only issue, is I ripped a boot, but that was my fault. Fixed my death wobble. Functions and fits like oe.

Going in is a breeze but getting the old ones out is a whole other story. Getting a bit of pressure on them then tapping the housing with a hammer worked best for me

I successfully installed 3 ball joints on my jeep wj 04, when installing the lower joint on the driver's side I discovered the threads were damaged caused the castle nut to spin the actual stud on the ball joint rendering it impossible to install. However I contacted RC support and they sent me 4 new ones for free, within a couple days. My steering is definitely tighter and it runs well, there is a period where your steering wheel won't return to center until about 100-500mi

It arrived damaged, I tried to contact support but it's as if it didn't exist. Returning the product is almost impossible since I live in Brazil, I will have to pay taxes again. terrible company and terrible product. At least it was the first and last experience with them.

Fits perfectly. Just make sure you double check the rubber boots when arrived. Mine was damaged, unfortunately they can't just sent you a boot but Contact RC for a replacement and they will send the whole ball joint. Good quality so far. 99 TJ

The package arrived with parts missing. The items in the box were of good quality and the joints are nice and tight. I contacted Amazon and Amazon issued me a return label. Ive returned the item and received a full refund. I repurchased the items and Amazon said they will refund me the difference in price as the replacement items have increased in value. I am happy with this and will repurchase these items. 4 stars because the package was missing parts.

I requested the kit especially from RC because people recommend for long life and its quality. Unfortunately, the strut of the ball joint was loose and moving up and down which also was installed anyway thought might be factory purpose but it wasn’t in the end all that costed 450 $

It’s the only RC item I own and it’s definitely a full knock off of a much more expensive brand that I also own. Compared them on the shop bench and identical. Rock it when you buy it don’t knock it till you try it.
