I wasn't a fan of the taste at first, but the results have been worth it. Before I started taking these, I hadn't had a period for three months due to my PCOS. Less than two weeks after starting them, my period returned, which was a huge positive for me. Since then, I've also noticed my mood has improved, I have much more energy, and my cravings have reduced significantly. I also like that they contain the recommended, research-backed dose of inositol, which gave me confidence in trying them. The tablets are on the larger side, but because they're chewable, I find them really easy and convenient to take. I've tried a few different inositol supplements, and these are by far the best I've used. Everyone's experience will be different, but if you have PCOS and are considering trying inositol, I'd definitely recommend giving these a go.

I used this brand before, last year. And I have always had great results. I noticed when I don't take it the changes in my cycle can be delayed or even stopped. Which this brand I find helps regulated. Within 2 weeks I take 2 tablets in the morning, 1 tablet in the evening. The tablets is big I break and crush into my morning yogurt with fruit. The taste of the tablets is a little sour but I personally don't mind. As most things that is sour is more healthy for you in general. It has help my cycle and period return as normal. Great results balancing the hormones I've seen my skin looks better, I feel more relaxed and energised. I'm in my 40s I have been under lots different types of stress and not great at sleeping. I would say these tablets I noticed has helped even last year they helped me now. I would recommend, this brand. My only issue is that it's pricey. And would prefer the tablets in glass jar so I can reuse the bottles. I would like to try the tea, but again very pricey to how much you get in the grams which isn't much. But generally good products.

Ok, so I was skeptical. I'm 26 and my pcos symptoms kicked in hard when I turned 18. I would say in my lifetime I've had less than 20 periods. Not joking. Doctors have tried numerous different hormone replacements at different levels, all of which make me hungry, give me mood swings and generally make me feel yuk. I read a journal about pcos with myo inositol amongst other supplements being amazing for sufferers. At this point for failing more diets than I can count because of crazy cravings I was willing to try anything. I have gone for these coupled with spearmint infusion (kind if tea I guess) and cod and fish oil tablets alongside. OK so first week and I have a period. No joke. Last one was years ago, genuinely. I feel less tired. I get fuller quicker when eating. I crave water and not soft drinks. I do still crave some sugar and carbs but I don't know how much of that is an addiction at this point and how much is pcos. I'm less aggy. I mean usually I'm awful but my patience is so much improved!!! Basically I would definitely recommend this product. It's a miracle worker. I will say though that fortunately for me I don't suffer with hirsutism as such. I mens I have thick hair where it grows... Haha and this hasn't had an affect on that but this is just the first week. My skin is definitely less oily though. Yes it's a bit of a steep pricetag when you have other expenses and yes the tablets are massive (but they snap in half!) but it's so worth it!!!!

Okay... I don’t know if it’s too early to leave a review so I may update this. I’m still currently on my first bottle (I take x2 a day not 4) have actually ovulated this month!! All my ovulation tests come back positive, I got 4 days worth of CM and when tracking my BBT, my temp has actually risen days later which indicated I most likely ovulated!! Whilst I have not been diagnosed for PCOS yet, I have every symptom in the book. My periods are very irregular as my cycles range from 35-60 days, I know it’s too early to see if my period will come on time but this is the first time in ages I got all the ovulation symptoms! I honestly think it was these tablets as I haven’t changed anything else? The tablets are big but I cut them in half and swallow them quickly - tip- when taking these tablets drink from a water bottle as the flow of water pushes the tablet down quickly and it doesn’t get stuck. I found when drinking from a cup, the tablet would get lodged in my throat and I was near enough choking!! Will be purchasing more of these when they run out!! UPADATE: I had a 32 day cycle this month!! I can’t remember the last time I actually had a “regular” cycle. I haven’t changed anything else apart from taking these tablets? I do think there are cheaper brands out there so I may look around but can’t fault these ones really!

I really feel like I was about to give up on this brand due to the pill size before they started mentioning you can chew the tablets. I remember even emailing the owner of the company about it as it was so frustrating! The pills work, they regulate my cycle and improve my mood massively. But every morning and night I was dreading taking them due to their size! So if you didn’t know, you do now - you can literally chew these tablets and they taste of nothing! Game changer & glad I don’t have to switch brands.

The product in itself is great. The size of the pill is absolutely enormous. It’s personally the biggest pill I’ve ever seen. I had to swap brands because even after splitting this pill I couldn’t swallow it. The thickness of the pill itself is too hard to swallow. Horrific ordeal having to take these.

Update: 24/6/19: Now pregnant after 2 months of taking these ;) I've battled with PCOS on and off for years. This syndrome can develop or get worse after miscarriages due to the increased blood flow past the ovaries, which can create cysts. I've had 3 failed pregnancies and now I'm noticing my PCOS symptoms definitely occur after that happens. The longer your cycle (from the start of one period until the day before the next period) and the more irregular your period, the more likely you have a hormone imbalance. Knowing I have had PCOS, I have been tracking my period for several months now and could definitely see signs of hormone imbalance. I began taking these at the end of April; in March I had a 31 day cycle. In April I had a 34 day cycle (it ended up starting on May 2nd). After taking these for a month (almost exactly) my next period started only 28 days later (May 30th). I couldn't believe it. It means they're definitely regulating my hormones and this period has been the easiest (least painful) one I've had for a long time. If you're trying to conceive, the further apart one period is the the next, the more difficult the TTC journey tends to be. So knowing these shorten the cycle must shine hope on so many. The only issues I have: 1) The pills are enormous. Even if you snap them in half, that only creates sharp edges which hurt as the pill goes down the throat. I would much rather take 4 smaller ones. 2) The price is incredibly expensive for a supplement. If you're TTC, it's going to be an expensive ride. For people with a lower income, this is a proper investment so you might need to consider this before taking them. I'm pleased to see there's undeniable evidence that the pills do something. Whether they create a healthier egg, thus making it easier to conceive remains to be seen. But the placebo effect alone will make a more positive person (thus lessening the stress), which all helps the TTC journey.

I personally would not recommend this product at all!! I was diagnosed with PCOS about 5 years ago. My symptoms aren't the worst as my periods are still regularish/I have a general idea of when one might come, but I've had a lot of issues with hair growth, ovarian cysts and weight gain amongst other things. When I was diagnosed I decided that I wanted to try tackling this as naturally as possible instead of going down the medicine route. At the beginning of the first lockdown I was the heaviest I've ever been and decided to truly commit to a healthier lifestyle to try and tackle my PCOS. I was fairly active before this but pretty inconsistent. I signed up to the bodycoach plan during that first lockdown. On the plan I was doing 5 homeworkouts a week and improving my diet. My weightloss on the plan was incredibly slow largely due to my PCOS which I kind of expected. After 8 months of very slow weightloss on the plan I saw these and thought this was the answer to all my prayers. I quickly bought them and took them religiously. I took them for about 2 months and if anything my symptoms became ALOT worse. My face was breaking out alot more than usual, my period stopped completely, the hair growth on my face became alot worse and I became so tired and dizzy that on some days I would find myself going to bed at 6/7pm. I even tried reducing the recommended dose to 2 per day but that didn't help. Since I've stopped taking them I've noticed I'm back to my 'normal' self and my period is making an appearance again.

MyOva Myo-plus è un MIRACOLO! Non credevo più che qualche integratore potrebbe aiutare! Dal periodo che siamo rimasti tutti chiusi in casa grazie questo Corona Virus probabilmente mi è sballato anche sistema ormonale,davvero non lo so in quale condizioni mie ovai se avevo problemi per quello che dovrebbe risolvere, ma ho provato diversi integratori perché da nulla mi sono arrivati le vampate ma molto fastidiosi non dormivo più di notte e ero agitata di giorno, quando ho letto di questo prodotto ho lasciato per ultimo da provare alla fine quando ho capito che altri integratori non mi facevano nessun effetto che prendevo già da un mese ho deciso prendere questi e ecco Miracolo !!! Dopo tre giorni mi sono diminuite parecchi vampate, mi è cambiato umore, non ero più nervosa e dopo una settimana ho ripreso la mia vita Normale! È bellissimo che esiste un prodotto così efficace anche se ho preso per il mio tipo di problema è davvero mi e salvato! Consiglio a quelli donne che hanno soferto come me per squilibrio ormonale , per notte che non dormono perché nessuno sonniferino non aiuta. Anche prezzo giustifico come perfetto perché se costavo di meno non avevo creduto che funzionato e se costavo di più forse ci pensavo sopra se potevo acquistare. Sono felicissima che esiste un prodotto così valido sul mercato che aiuta tornale nella normalità senza andare spendere soldi per esami e fare tante code per andare dai dottori che alla fine neanche riescono ad aiutare.

Llevo al menos 3 años usándolo y me va bien para granos y regularme. Lo oi a una ginecóloga recomendandolo si tienes ovarios poliquísticos, acne, etc. No he vuelto a tener esos granos en la cara.

Ne cherchez plus un meilleur complément alimentaire pour le SOPK Que dis-je, pour moi ça devrait être la prescription numéro 1! Moi qui avais des cycles de 45 à 70 jours, en deux semaines de prise je reviens à des cycles de 30/29 jours ! J'ai attendu mon troisieme cycle pour confirmer, et c'est le cas. Je suis tout simplement bluffée. Je me sens tellement mieux dans mes emotions, moi qui etais completement dépassée par mes hormones (anxiété paranoia tristesse). Je trouve aussi mon acné particulierement diminué je n'ai eu qu'un seul et unique bouton en SPM ce qui est totalement dingue. J'accompagne l'inositol de zinc 15mg par jour pour aider a baisser les taux de testosterone. Attention les comprimés sont particulierement gros !
