Got tired to weight the luggage at home while holding it and standing on scales + outside of the home it was always a guess.- You can weight bags up to 50 kg, but keep in mind it will be a bit difficult to handle. Even a luggage of 20 kg is not exactly as stable while weighting as holding by it's own handle.- It's not exactly "pocket" friendly, but small enough and portable.- Has a simple, easy to read screen with either LBS or KG options.- They are not your (good) kitchen scales accurate to grams, but accurate enough for the luggage.It is cheap and cheerful, good value for money. Ideal bit of pre holiday kit. Saves so many arguments and takes away pre airport stress. Easy to use.

Light weight scale that made sure our suitcases were not too heavy although we were half a kg over weight by the airport scales. So in summary make sure you you leave some wriggle room.

Took this to the gym to check the accuracy--I weighed 35 kg and 50 kg stacks of weights on a lifting pin. It matched the weights within about a tenth of a kg (about 34.9 and 49.9 kg). Impossible to know whether the weights were perfectly accurate vs. their labels, so I give the gadget the benefit of the doubt. Really impressive for the price. Felt sturdy even at 50 kg.

Accurate and easy to use.

This luggage scale is reasonably (but not perfectly) accurate. I tested it by weighing kettlebells which have the weight written on them. For example, a 8kg kettlebell showed as 7.8kg.I would have liked more accuracy, especially when weighing a suitcase that comes close to the airline's hold luggage allowance. But the scale I bought previously was vastly more inaccurate, and I don't have the time to order yet another model in the hope of finally finding a truly accurate one. He has strong opinions, though I have no idea what he's trying to say here.)It takes quite a while to settle on a read-out. I find I have to hold the scale (with the object hanging from it) up for quite a while before I get the final read-out. That's not a problem with a 4kg shoulder bag... but holding a 20kg suitcase up requires strength. Since the scale weighs up to 50kg, I wonder how many people can hold the scale in their hand with a 50kg weight hanging from it, waiting for it to settle on the final read-out.On the plus side, the display is large and easy to read. The scale is lightweight, so I can take it with me on my travels and weigh the suitcase for the return flight. The battery is included.As a side note, I wonder what an 'elaxible strap' is. That's what the product description says. After testing the scale, I still don't know. I wondered if it might be a typo - but surely Amazon wouldn't publish descriptions for their own products without proofreading them?

Good value. Pre installed battery did not last long, but it’s been working fine since new battery was installed.

My old scale died so I was looking for something small to travel with. This is a good size and works great. Weights have always measured consistent with the scales at the airport. Size is great to drop in my backpack. Some reviews complained about battery life, but that hasn't been an issue for me yet.
