Didn’t connect easily
1. Keyboard is not detachable. 2. iPad doesn’t turn automatically when you close the cover. 3. Most importantly, case just did not connect based on the instructions provided. Took it to someone who knew a workaround and got it to connect with the iPad. Overall, disappointing and I would not purchase again.

There was nothing wrong with the case perse, it didn't fit.

Good value for the money.
Easy to set up. First uses suggest sturdy and well made. Haven’t yet used standing up with keyboard but should be the same.

Fantastic Customer Support
Love the product and the slim design of it. Had some issues with it though about 8 months after ordering it. The b, n, and arrow keys stopped working. Up to this point though it had performed flawlessly and it has a wonderful battery life. I was able to get ahold of the support team for this product and they were fantastic. After a few rounds of trouble shooting they confirmed that nothing more could be done to fix the issue so they sent me a new one. Very grateful for this treatment as a customer and I am looking forward to continuing to use the product.
