Just as it says a comfortable stabilizing wrist brace. I had been unable to sleep for more than 2 hours at a time for months with Carpel tunnel syndrone and was advised to try this brace. It arrived the next day and I had a full nights sleep that night. Been using it for a week and could not be more pleased with it.

My wife was suffering with a small but painful and nagging wrist fracture. She uses a computer at work which exacerbated the condition until she started wearing this wrist brace. The injury quickly healed due to the avoidance of repeated stresses. Good product - does the job.

A good investment if you are sporty, I thought I had Carpal Tunnel but it turned out I have Tennis Elbow- but I am very happy with this product- it is so easy to fit with the velcro (very good quality) and I like that it is able to be worn on both wrists, which makes it something I can just put away in case it's needed later on (we're both sporty so it might be required at some point!). Small, lightweight and breathable, very comfortable. It is ideal for any wrist problems, like CT and is meant to be worn at night so is fantastic for that. Can be worn during activities which you might need support in as well- ideal for everything! Now to sort out my tennis elbow...

In the beginning these were comfortable to wear but over time they have started to press on my thumb pad and rub around the thumb, until my hands have become so sore I can no longer wear them. The metal bar is right next to the thumb so it sits on top of the thumb pad, which in turn can causes presure. They have also become very tatty over a very short period of time. Since I needed 2 and they were expensive I am not very happy with the results.

I have been wearing wrist splints for almost half of my life due to a severe disability and this is the most comfortable one I have ever had. My skin is very fragile and sensitive but it is not irritated at all by this nice soft fabric with enough stretch to form to contours of my hand and arm, yet they also seem strong enough to last and give reasonable support. I mean there is not 100% imobalisation like with the aircast splints I had been wearing, but it is enough for most needs I think, and the tiny bit more give makes a lot of difference in both comfort and dexterity in the hand. They seem better quality than the standard NHS ones and are definitely nicer and more comfortable to wear. They are also cheeper than many splints out there. I emediately ordered another one for the other wrist.

These braces are brilliant! They are significantly cheaper than the previous splints I was wearing, The best thing about them for me is that they do not snag on your clothes as you take them off. My other splints have much more velcro to get caught up in and it ruins your jumpers etc. This means you end up taking them off before taking off your jumper etc. I have had these for a while now and I have taken out the metal inserts and washed them. They washed perfectly. I let them dry naturally as not sure the tumble dryer is a good idea. The fact that they are reversible is also useful at times. My only slight issue (for want of a better word) with them is that they can look like a bad fashion choice (think Madonna - fingerless gloves -1980's). This can mean that people do not realise they are for health reasons and don't cut you any slack when for example when you can't keep up with the cashier at the supermarket.

I ordered this with no good expectations. I was annoyed because this was my 3rd choice. I received it, opened it, put it on and it has done me a power of good. I would rather the whole splint was in the silver colour because it is less conspicuous and doesn't attract attention so much, but really as long as it does me good, I am happy. The fact that the splint can be used by either hand, is a bonus. The only point I have reservations about is that the 3 fasteners (are velcro) if you have a pet free house, no problem, but if like me, you have longhaired cats/dogs the velcro picks up the hairs and the fastening becomes more difficult to deal with.
