Really fabulous
This was my 4th order of this ginger. The first two orders were excellent - large chunks of very tender ginger and just the right amount of sugar. Sadly the 3rd order wasn't great as all the pieces were small and excessively coated in sugar with lots of sugar loose in the bag too, as it is was gathered from the bottom of a batch where only all the little pieces and sugar had ended up. It was even more disappointing as I'd ordered it as a gift for someone with Raynaud's disease as I'd read that it can help circulation for sufferers. As the first 2 orders had been so good, I decided to risk ordering again and am delighted that this order is even better! Really big pieces of lovely soft ginger, really tangy and delicious... if only it was always like this. Disappointed that the price has jumped from £9 to just under £14 now though.

Just a great tasting product.
Great product, good value and easy to eat . I have started to eat ginger daily and my joints have really improved. Many of my friends are now taking it too. I really recommend it for joint care without medication.

Really good ginger.Too much sugar coating but I guess it would stick together with out it .Best thing is it stays soft and is great in cakes .I do eat a fair amount of ginger and it is a good price

Great-tasting instant remedy for nausea! Packaging is poor, I personally prefer a bag, box, or canister that can be resealed.

Far too much granulated sugar!
Having enjoyed a previous brand, I thought I'd try this one, which arrived today. I was initially shocked by the amount of loose sugar in the bag. I picked out the ginger pieces and there was at least half a cupful of granulated sugar left behind. Also, many of the pieces have a thick crust of clumped sugar which needs to be rubbed or washed off. On a positive note, the ginger itself seems to be good quality. The pieces are very large and I've only eaten a couple but they weren't fibrous. Shame they spoiled it with all the extra sugar. I wanted to support a small business but I'll probably go back to the other brand.
