I purchased this watch for my lady friend as a gift. She said she wanted a Timex with the "Indiglo" feature. There were many models to choose from. I based my purchase on the size of the dial, neither too large nor too small, the attractive, round case, the use of numbers of the face that are clear and easy to read, the attractive maroon leather strap, and the many favorable reviews here on Amazon. The detailed specifications of the watch are clearly and accurately listed on the product page. My lady friend was delighted with the watch when I gave it. The strap fit easily. The watch looked simple and attractive and was easy to use. The Indiglo lit up the face when wanted. Later, my friend took a cruise and a trip. She reported that the watch worked well, kept perfect time on the sea and was easy to wear. She is very pleased with it. I note that the price of the watch has decreased substantially since I purchased it in mid-December. Thus, in addition to the merits of the product, the watch is a good buy. I enjoyed giving this watch and my lady friend enjoyed receiving it. Timex is a well-known, established American company for the making of inexpensive, quality watches. Timex with Indigo light for checking time at night. Love that Amazon has these as I keep a couple on hand. This one is perfect,mother of pear face and gold hands you can really see,band is good and strong. Just keep selling them Amazon.

I wish I would have known that the band for this watch has a very reddish tinge to it. It's almost maroon, not brown. I wanted more of a chocolate brown, since I never wear maroon. I have small wrists, so it fits me great with a couple holes to spare. I bought this to replace my other Timex watch that is too big even on the smallest hole. My old watch also didn't have the QuickDate feature, which this one does. You don't know how big a difference it makes until you don't wear it for awhile and suddenly realize it's a week or 2 off! It takes a LONG time to manually spin through 24 hours to get the date to change by 1. It's SO worth it to get the QuickDate feature! Also I love the gold color trim and the mother of pearl watch face. It looks very professional and classy without having to wear a really flashy fancy watch. I may end up keeping it and just having my local watch shop at the mall replace the band for a few bucks.

this watch is very recommended to buy. the leather strap is quite small but it looks fit to a woman who has small wrist. the color is also beautiful, red burgundy but looks like brown.so, it you can wear it in every occasion. another thing that i love from this watch is, it has date even small.it could help you to remember the date. and the most unique thing that makes this watch is good to buy is the indiglo lamp. that is very good because we rarely found indiglo lamp in analog watch. all the things in this watch are met my expectations. i just loooove it!

My husband bought me an Apple Watch and I never used it. I just wanted something simple, easy to read, somewhat water resistant and light on my wrist. This checks all the boxes. Good old dependable timex. I wake up often in the night and love that I can press the dial and read my watch with the light. I don’t even know I’m wearing it, it’s so light and comfortable. I often have my hands in water doing dishes, bathing grandkids, etc and if I forget to take my watch off and get water on it ( never submerged) it still works. It’s attractive too. Watchband is just the right width.

Love this watch. The face has Mother of Pearl face on it. It lights up at night.. The strap is a beautiful reddish brown leather. Love everything about this watch. I want to know the exact color of the band and I got what I wanted….

four years later watch is going strong. strap needs changing but that's not surpriseing given that i wear it every day. highly recommend.

The watch is nice and simple but the strap is a little short, plus wish it would have come in black.
