I was skeptical about spending money on yet another product that would not work but I was pretty desperate with my last flare of rosacea! First, I am pretty sensitive and while this has a bit of a smell (reminds me of tootsie rolls!), it did not bother me at all. Secondly, I have problems with dryness at times. Sometimes, the manuka honey is all I need, other times I do use a mild moisturizer but the manuka honey itself does not cause dry skin. Within a week, HUGE change in my skin! Still had some redness but it was not so inflamed. And I can't believe how smooth it makes my skin feel! You get a lot in the jar, a little goes a long way - it really is a good value so if you are on the fence? Just give it a try!

I've tried many different face products through the years and have never found a better product to treat my Rocasah than pH5.5. it not only gets rid of the redness, but it softens my skin like no other cream. I highly recommend this cream.

It is very thick so it only takes a little. It helps when I have a breakout. Unfortunately, it doesn’t help much with the redness.

The rosacea on my face is less noticeable and my skin is softer and brighter. I use this as the moisturizer in my skincare routine, it leaves my face feeling great. It’s a little thicker so a little goes a long way and it is not greasy. Other moisturizers I’ve tried irritate my skin but this calms instead. The scent isn’t the most pleasant but it’s not bad. Almost like a play dough scent. It doesn’t last long and the results are remarkable. (I use a gentle cleanser, serum and this as the moisturizer-no toner)

I had loved this cream as it melted into my skin. They have changed the formula since my last jar, yet it does not state that in the description which still lists the old formula. In the attached photo you can see then end of the word "contents" then see the listing of the first 2 ingredients. The second is now "emulsifying wax" which is shown to be the 8th ingredient in the description. The cream is now very heavy and leaves a thick coating on my skin which I had to wash off. Not good for my rosecea! Also, it used to smell lovely. You really got the honey scent when you opened the jar. It is hardly there now. This item is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN so I am stuck with an inferior product for $32+. Wish I had known that ahead of time. I am one very unhappy 'ex'customer. If you are going to change your formula let your faithful customers know! So disappointing when a company builds a following then cheaps out on ingredients. I want a refund, Amazon!

This is the third time I have ordered this product, so I do like it. It doesn't take away my rosacea, but it keeps my skin from being as dry and I have less rosacea bumps. This time when I received the product the cream had come out of the container (even though it still had the plastic wrapper intact) resulting in about 1/3 of the jar of cream being wasted.

So far this has been the only product besides prescription hydrocortizone cream that has helped calm my skin. I dont know what I have but my face gets very itchy and broken out in bumps that look like big pimples except that not one prescription acne medicine has worked. I have been searching and trying to find something that would work on both the itching and the bumps since I end up picking even worse cause it itches. Finally! this stuff stops the itch for hours and then I just reapply when it starts again. Even greater is this has even been clearing up the pimple bumps. The day I received this, I had 2 new big pimples on my forehead and applied this twice and by the morning they were small dots almost gone. My skin is very bad after years of trying every product under the sun so it'll take some time to clear up but happy I can finally stop constantly touching my face because it itches.

I want everyone to know that I am 75 and just got rosacea about three years ago. I have tried everything from my dermatologist giving me two prescriptions that dried my skin to a desert like face. I hated that and then the itch that drove me crazy. I wanted to claw my skin on my face at night. I think God lead me to this product, honestly! No more itch and the redness is starting to diminish. It leaves my face like noxzema did in the 60’s. That was all we had basically back then. So a nice matte finish and it does have a faint earthy honey smell that fades away. It works for me, but I can’t speak for everyone, just use it awhile and see. I only have mild rosacea with broken capillaries beneath my cheeks. So I am extremely happy about this product!
