I’ve only used this once and now it won’t work again not even up to a month I got it

Very cute & bought as a gift but I found out recently they were able to use it. Some issue with the plug and electricity....I don't think it was uk compatible.

Stopped working after 1st use. Absolutely rubbish!

I bought this to be prepared for weaning, so i didn’t use it until a month and a half after delivery. I used it once and it was great, I was excited to carry on making purées. After the first use the heating plate stopped working and the product is unusable. It’s such a shame as it’s easy to clean and worked well for the first steam. As it’s passed 30 days since delivery I’m unable to return so it’s been a massive waste of money.

Absolutely terrible stopped working after one use don’t buy.

I loved this steamer on the first try it worked really well and steamed veg for my baby in minutes! Unfortunately it stopped working after this one use which is very disappointing. I also didn’t realise this was not a UK model and you would need an adapter so something to take in to consideration if you plan on buying!

I have purchased this product to use at the hotel during vacation and its not working, when plugging in all lights are on, but its not steaming, what is the problem? I ve made this purchase for my infant and now i have difficulties to cook for him. I insist for refund money or to replace with the same one but which one is working properly

Es muy fácil de usar, muy práctica, olvídate de que las verduras de tu bebé se queman, con este aparato la alimentación complementaria será mucho más fácil

J'étais déçue de voir la grosseur de celui-ci au départ. ( Contient une pomme en dés maximum). Par contre, il est tellement facile d'utilisation, facile à laver, sonne lorsque c'est prêt, vient avec un livre de temps de cuisson pour plusieurs purées, se range facilement et même rester sur le comptoir. Avant je faisais mes purées avec une marguerite et bien que je pouvais en faire en plus grande quantité, le four est toujours en marche et je dois vérifier la cuisson. Avec ce cuiseur à vapeur, je place l'aliment et boum appuie sur une touche et il sonne lorsque c'est prêt. En plus, il est super pour les oeufs durs et pour décongeler les purées. (prévoir à l'avance au moins 10 minutes) Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix. Par contre, c'est fait pour bébé, n'allez pas penser vous faire un souper avec celui-ci, trop petit!
