It was garbage. Taste was terrible. It tasted like sweet sweet vomit. But I didn’t expect it to taste like ice cream and if you do expect that than you should probably educate yourself. There are things you can do to make it taste better. You can definitely taste the stevia. What I did at first was put some whipping cream in it and blended it all together. Still nasty. I drank it but I felt so nauseous because of the taste. I even tried putting some vanilla extract in it. Dumb idea. I never did try it with unsweetened almond milk. But now, I put a scoop of this with maybe half a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and 12 ounces of water. I can guzzle it right down. It doesn’t taste like ice cream still, but it definitely doesn’t taste terrible. I just ordered the chocolate sea salt to see how I like that one. The cocoa powder DOES have carbs in it so watch your carb intake if you’re taking this for weight loss. 5 stars because there is ways to make the shake tastes better and I have been taking this for 4 days now. I eat maybe once a day, like a bacon cheese burger and avocado or something and take this in the AM for breakfast and another one after my burger for lunch. I have lost 4 pounds just in less than 4 days. This is awesome. I have tried another keto shake before this and the taste is absolutely terrible and there is no way of “doctoring” the taste to make it more pleasant to swallow and I took it for weeks along with a keto diet and I barely lost anything. But this shake, I swear by. It is a bit pricey, but the outcomes are amazing!! Great buy. Good luck to everyone!

Taste so bitter and gross. I tried mixing it with a ton of other things and just couldn’t get the bad taste out of it. Also see the picture, I hate this when companies do this and put barely and product compared to the size of the container. Why do this? It’s stupid. One star from me. Terrible taste and consistency is product vrs container.

After reading the reviews for the product, I wanted to try it and form my own opinion. I have used two containers. Here are my observations. Taste: The taste is actually pretty good if you mix it with the right thing. It was amazing mixed with 16 ounces of Zero Clear American Wild Cherry Water. The flavor is a very palatable "Cherry Vanilla" taste and it was actually really good. I also mixed it in 10 oz of Green Mountain Wild Blueberry Coffee, 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil and Heavy Cream... also very yummy. By itself, it does have a pronounced "salty undertone", not awful, but not something I would say is delicious. Quantity: The container looks really little and is shipped by weight not volume, so it was a little container that wasn't full. I definitely didn't get shorted, though. I did get a little over 14 servings for container. I did not pack down the powder when scooping, I put the powder in the cup loosely and leveled it with a straight edge. If you are scooping it full to mounding over, and packing it in, you probably won't get 14 servings per container. The container lasted one week as I drank one serving in the morning, as I usually don't eat until lunch time or later and it curbs my appetite, and another serving in the evening, after dinner, before exercising. I found it gave me energy and provided satiety for the remaining of the evening. I suggest starting with one serving and working up as the ketone salts did seem to cause gastric upset, including diarrhea, when I first started. ( I started taking two servings after the second day, at which time the upset tummy occurred for a couple of days until I got used to it). Effectiveness: I didn't use keto strips or test my keto levels with this product. I was stuck for about three weeks on my progress losing weight when I decided to try using Exogenous Ketones. I started off with some Pruvit samples and liked them but not the price, read the reviews on Perfect Keto and felt that it was a definitely worth my time to try it. I am starting on my third week using Perfect Keto, and I've been averaging between 2-3 pounds a week loss. After having been stuck for a month, I am thrilled. Overall, I have lost 8.5 pounds in the past three weeks with no other changes to my lifestyle. I will be trying some different flavors and will give some taste analysis as I try them.

I recently purchased this keto powder for the fifth time with my first purchase back in 2019. In the past I had considered it expensive but quite good. Now the price is relatively lower, perhaps high moderate, but the quality has declined significantly. The product in my most recent purchase was very chalky and quite difficult to swallow. I prefer plain but even mixing in smoothie and blending the chalk taste was quite overwhelming. Maybe I just got a bad batch because in my previous purchases I found the product relatively palatable. Hopefully they did not switch to a cheaper and lower quality manufacturer.

Taste is okay... I know artificial vanilla flavor is actually a natural flavor... and well yes this certainly has that beaver anal gland vanilla taste like quality hahah. It tastes like $1 a gallon vanilla ice cream if you mix this with heavy cream (aka pretty good!). Definitely doesn’t taste like vanilla/vanilla beans though. The electrolyte ratio is pretty amazing for not inducing headaches/migraines, good amount of salt, amazing amount of magnesium (nearly 100% absorbtion rate when bonded with ketones BE CAREFUL) the calcium is a bit over the maximum upper daily limit for a male (pregnant/lactating females and geriatrics follow the dv % on 2000 calorie diet), so if taking one (max) scoop of this a day, maybe break it up over the day, and don’t eat other calcium rich food unless you consume a lot of food stuffs that leach/bind to calcium. Keep up your Vitamin D, A, and K when you take this as the magnesium greatly increases the calcium to absorb and free float in your serum. Slightly lower calcium and slightly higher sodium would effect a deeper/better ketosis and electrolyte hydration (monitor your potassium!). Clusterheadache and Migraines verdict: Possibly aids in relieving/preventing and doesn’t trigger migraines or cluster headaches, unlike the potassium laden keto salts! Over all 4 stars. The taste could be better and the calcium does a bit lower. Tip: If you take the full scoop all at once you may fall asleep/pass out in minutes for a few hours, as the calcium and magnesium are quite potent!

I’ve been using this product for a few months. Flavors: I tried chocolate first. It’s good in a chocolate smoothie. Then I went with Vanilla bc it goes with both matcha green tea and with any smoothie flavor. I started using it at bedtime with a very tart BCAA powder (strawberry lemonade) which is a great combo. I like to make that one with soda water, like a keto cocktail. It works for hunger control and energy. I’ve only been using about a half scoop/drink, usually twice per day. Tested measuring ketones: I had not tested my ketones bc being in ketosis was not my goal. Today, I had eaten very little over the past 24 h, so I decided to test. Ketones were 0.3 40 min Post drink (3/4 scoop): ketones 0.2 I was disappointed & I can’t explain it. Did not eat or do exercise during the 40 min. Maybe you have to be more in ketosis. Maybe it’s bc I was sick the day prior. Price: You can get the ketones the military uses for only $117 for 6 servings. So, “expensive” is relative.

To be honest, for the price I was expecting a much larger container. Yes I read the description but didn’t actively think about how small of an amount 6.7 ounces is. Yes that’s on me. But to get this tiny container in the package for $45 had me immediately go to return it for a refund. However, I guess since it’s technically food, it’s not returnable. Understandable. I’ll just chalk this up as an important lesson in reading the description better. But upon opening and seeing that the already tiny container is not even halfway full? That’s just adding insult to injury. Yes I understand that 6.7 ounces is 6.7 ounces and that settling takes place in shipping. Ugh. It’s just a slap in the face of how much product you actually get compared to the price. I will NOT be making this mistake again. Edit: this review was posted before I tried the product. After actually adding it to my morning coffee, I can fully say that it tastes awful. I’m very sensitive to artificial sweeteners and this product is recommended as one scoop = full serving. It’s so sweet that I want to add only like 1/4 scoop, but then you don’t get the benefits of the product, so what would be the point? Ugh. Greatly disappointed all the way around.

Has a very mild flavor compared to other brands which makes it blend into smoothies better.
