GUM Pro-Weave Woven Dental Floss, Shred Resistant Waxed Floss, Mint Flavored, 3 Count + 2 Travel Units

My dentist recommended that I start using woven floss to better clean the surfaces between my teeth. The brands she recommended were a bit expensive for my taste, so I searched a bit and was delighted to find this GUM Pro Weave floss. I wasn't sure what to expect really, but in all honesty it did feel like just normal floss at first. However, after using it, I can really tell that it cleans my teeth much better than normal floss. I guess the woven texture really works to scrape a lot more gunk off the teeth than normal smooth floss. Since I've been using this woven floss, my gums are in much better shape. I no longer have any bleeding or inflammation and my dentist saw the difference just in my first visit since switching. I highly recommend vs other floss.

We like this floss the best. Does not shred like the others we usually buy from Walgreens or HEB.

This floss doesn't break like other brands. Some losses are sooo weak that I wonder how they're still in business.

Unbelievable amount of high-quality floss for a great price! This is a thick floss, so if you have very narrow spaces between your teeth, it might not be the best choice. However, you can split one strand into several thinner ones, though it’s not the most comfortable way to use it. It’s also surprisingly strong - I even use it to fish wires inside walls because it’s so durable! P.S. I didn’t even need to buy this product since I still haven’t finished the one I got a long time ago - I purchased this one just so I could leave a review. I don’t usually write reviews, but this product truly deserves it.

This is the best floss out there! It has a solid feel to it that glides nicely against my teeth versus other thin floss that feels like it is slicing my gums and breaks easily.

This floss lasts a long time! The light fresh mint flavor is great. I originally found this at Costco but couldn't find it when I went back recently so I bought it on Amazon. Great price here, too.

The value for what’s included is amazing. So much floss for so little price. That being said, it’s definitely not shred resistant. I have brackets from Invisalign and they catch on the floss all the time and shred. The floss is really thin, which I used to like before Invisalign. Now I don’t think it grabs food as effectively. A thick woven floss is much better. That being said, this floss is great for the average person. If you have braces/aligners, go for something woven instead.
