The string itself is barely noticeable and the front is soft, stretchy, comfortable, and keeps everything in place. (I've bought other pairs from Mundo Unico and they're all consistent in their construction and design.) These are perfect for having the free feeling of no underwear while still having your parts secure. An extra pro (that you really SHOULD take a look at) is that the backside is unique only to Mundo Unico, as the waistband in the back is thicker and has a different design than the frontside (check Mundo Unico's site to see the backside if desertcart does not provide a view from the back). Not only does it look good (and make your butt look great), its thickness helps because it's not a thin waistband, so it just looks like normal underwear should your pants fall a little bit for a second. Only con I have with these is that on some days the string might be too low between the buttocks, so I may have to pull it downwards so it doesn't stretch and feel uncomfortable when sitting down on a hard surface. Only happened to me once since I've got them, however, and so it's really my fault as I've never adjusted myself to a string before. It's got looks and comfort and is definitely worth the money.
